Just meeting with friends & family before a Pottery class on on the area
Service was excellent. Very attentive waiter on Saturday. Making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you.

The food was really good, nice location. The restaurant was not busy...I recommend that people try this place..they will enjoy the experience

Extremely disappointing! I was there a month ago and had a great meal under the leadership of chef Doreen Prei but this was far from it! Our main courses arrived before the appetizers due to an error by our server. We were willing to do this but in reverse order, however, our main courses arrived cold. Our bill was “comped” our $43 bottle of wine on a $300+ bill and an added 18% gratuity for 6 people. I learned afterwards that chef Prei is no longer at the helm and they so need better direction if they are to survive.

We liked the food we got but I question why a restaurant would ever run out of one if their menu items. Lentil ragout is on the menu yet on a Thursday evening at 6pm they could not provide it. Also they could not serve a Cosmopolitan - a feature cocktail - no Triple Sec. Hmmm.

A fantasic under the radar eatery, reasonable prices with great locally sourced meats and produce. The service was fast and the food was prepared perfectly. We had the Alberta Beef and the Tuna, everything on the plate was eadible (even the flower garnish, yes i ate it and it had only a slightly floral bouqet in the flavour). Would recommend to everyone.

I had heard good things about their brunch. We ended deciding to go for a Saturday night dinner. Four in our party. Best way to describe the experience? Boring. The menu is limited, but sounds interesting. The dishes in reality? Bland. Nothing special. A lot of hype, that doesn’t deliver. The ricotta gnocchi was so over cooked that it came out as one big blob instead of nice individual pillows of goodness. And it was swimming in oil. The vegan chocolate chip cookies are rock hard and taste like a stale protein bar. The ambiance is dull. Great location and the waiter was pleasant. It’s just incredibly lacklustre overall. The prices don’t match everything it lacks. I’d give it a pass.

Good overall experience, just disappointed in the amount of food received for the appetizers especially for how expensive they were. Ordered the endive salad appy and honestly there were about six leaves and three pieces of the cheese, it was tasty don’t get me wrong but for a salad there was nothing to it especially when splitting among 4 people. Also ordered the scallops appy, got four scallops which is normal but they were in almost of full soup bowl of sauce which isn’t bad if you have bread with it otherwise there’s SOO much sauce. So we ordered two pieces of bread to soak up the sauce and were charged $7.50...for toast!! All four of us got entrees which were yummy but pretty rich. Not trying to bash the place or anything but just for portion to cost ratio it was a bit much. Also I think because not many know this place is open for dinner they should have someone playing guitar in the corner or some entertainment to draw people in - we were in at 7 on a Friday and there were only two other tables in at least a 12-15 table restaurant.

Only thing that we felt could be improved is chairs. Any type with a padded seat and the room was very cool. Otherwise it was a most enjoyable evening. The waitress was the BEST, say nothing of the food. Perfect size of portions as well. Thank you..we will be back.
