    We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Ulu, on the Four Seasons property. Our dining table was a stone throw to the ocean. An incredible, picturesque view. Our server was Lilibeth. No matter my description of her, and the professional, attentive, informative manner she provided insight about the restaurant, it would be a disservice to her. She has very proudly provided service to customers there for over 25 years. Before ordering, she took the time to ascertain whether we liked raw, shell or cooked fish. Once determined, she easily guided us through the menu with her recommendations. She was like an orchestra leader with her hand movements showing the location of each item whether an appetizer, salad, vegetable, fish or meat on the menu. Based on her determination on what we preferred, she recommended Sea Bream, (white fish with beets), smoked pork belly bao, with our entree being an Ahi Wellington. Each choice was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience with the ocean view, ambiance, and the professionalism of all Ulu staff. Our beverage server was Clienten who ensured our water glasses and beverages remained full. Jacob, the manager also stopped by to ensure our experience was as advertised. it was. Thank you Ulu staff, and kitchen personnel. Clark family will be returning.

    Absolutely the most amazing dinner ever! Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was fabulous with the waves crashing nearby and the breeze gently blowing. I started with the ahi poke prepared at the table, some of the best I have ever had (I am Japanese and eat fresh pine regularly and this was GOOD), then the charred avocado salad, again delicious and my main course was the king crab noodles, a Ulu specialty and should not be missed! My husband had the spicy ahi rolls and the seared ahi dinner, both phenomenal. Dessert was a treat from the pastry chef, Kalani that was a flavored ice with fruit jellies and ice cream covered with meringue…too die for!
