   The food was absolutely delicious and we were seated quickly and served promptly. Unfortunately we were not offered more drinks and needed to try to get the attention of staff to order drinks. While the food was exceptionally delicious the portions were very small for the cost. Would still attend again especially for the medallions with pepper sauce!!

   We only had an hour before a show at his majestys. Service was quick and food was yummy. It was a pretty quiet night in the restaurant but we definitely appreciated the swiftness.

   At first I was seated at the very back next to the bar, this was the worst seat in the house and so far out of the way the wait staff didn’t know I was there and I had to ask for a menu. The restaurant was pretty empty so I asked for a seat more central with all other customers. After the poor start / service and I was loved it did improve

   (1) Slow to take order but it was Mother’s Day and it was crowded. So that’s fine. (2) I thought I would get a whole cup of prawns but the bottom part was all salad. The prawns was just the top part. (3) No one replied my request which I wrote in Open Table app. I asked if the crew would sing Happy Birthday. (4) Ribs were excellent, food was good.

    Early dinner before a show. Service was fabulous & fast. Mix up with the food order was quickly rectified, and the waitress apologised for the mistake. Lost a star as the Chicken Caesar flatbread would have benefited from a bit more flavour.

    Order took 40 minutes No one apologies for the delay I ordered well done it came medium The presentation of the food was so poor The staff are unprofessional They threw the plates to the table strongly The smell of the restaurant was not good And I am not sure why it is that expensive when everything was very poor from the food to the service I came when it was first open, everything was perfect but now everything change I am not visiting this restaurant again

    Great food and service My son and I really enjoyed it there. Staff were very helpful and friendly and assisted my son a lot in his ordering and recommendations. Really appreciated that from the staff my son is only 5 years old. Highly recommend

    We were rushed in n out. Not able to enjoy our food or celebration my sons birthday which they knew upon booking. Having been there several times before. Everything has gone down hill. Not the same staff or owners??? - starter came out with mains. Dreadful having to be watched n then pushed along out the door We ordered starters, cocktails n mains plus more cocktails. Compared to other times we’ve been this is extremely disappointing when we travelled over an hour to dine there. Would NOT recommend at all!!!!

    Birthday dinner....warm welcome but then came the food. Steak was like rubber first attempt, second attempt worse. Will never be visiting there again.

    Disappointed as the website advertises a porterhouse steak on the menu for lunch and that's the reason we came and there wasn't any steak on the lunch menu. Meals were okay just as disappointed on not getting the steak we wanted in the $25 offer as per their website

    After being seated it took wait staff 30 minutes to serve or acknowledge us. After finally ordering it took another 15 minutes to receive our drinks, including water. Once the food finally arrived both steaks were medium-well done when we requested medium rare. Vegetable side looked old and should have not been served. The vegetables were browning and not fresh and looked like they were cut by someone with zero knife skills. The selection of vegetables was grim. One of the plates was missing a sauce that never arrived. Restaurant was very loud even though it was barely half capacity. We have been to Tony Roma's previously with a great experience so this was an extreme letdown. Unlikely to return to this venue.

    We went on a week night so it wasn’t noisy and service was very prompt. The ribs were all beautiful and tender. All staff were friendly and our waiter always made sure we were happy.

    Overall pretty good, maybe a glass to go with stubby of beer and some salt and pepper on table. As I had ribs a bowl of water to wash hands would have been handy. Drinks menu was whisked away the minute I ordered my first drink so I didn’t bother getting another, wasn’t asked by server if I wanted another. I would go again.

    Excellent environment and service. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Executive lunch is good value for money except they do not have the famous BBQ baby ribs in the lunch special.

    The restaurant was empty and we were allocated a table that would fit 4 in my opinion, not for 6 for sure. Sometimes is hard to understand why would you squeeze people in a place while the floor is almost empty.

    Great service, great food and did not wait long to be served and provided with our meals. Great staff as well, super friendly and polite. Checked in on us, ensured everything was up to par.
