Really good food, with a comfortable atmosphere
This was our first time here for brunch and it was great. Great coffee, great food. I had an Eggs Benedict and it was yummy. I had it with the cheesy hashbrowns, also very good. Jim had eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and English muffin. Great for brunch!
Our server MacKadie was very attentive even though she had LOTS of tables.
Food and service were outstanding. Everything fresh and good portions for price. There tastes combos shouldn't be missed. The only reason not to go is the noise. Loud rock music, multiple TV's full blast and, a hundred conversations is just too much to bear.
Food was very good and hosts were very friendly. Drinks were WAY overpriced. Our waitress was pleasant but very slow. It was a busy night but she had zero sense of urgency for anything.
the pork belly tacos were amazing and I really enjoyed the Sour Monkey Sour that I had there. We also had tonia as our waitress and she was GREAT!
My waitress was so sweet and attentive. The food was delicious, was a nice place!
fave restaurant at mohegan. good drinks. food is good, but menu isn't that big. service is good. easy stop for XL drinks before seeing a show.
The food was good. Our server was terrific, making recommendations. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
Great happy hour, waitress was awesome and let us squeeze in one more round of drinks right at the end. Nachos, pot stickers and sliders were all delicious...wings were not our favorite. Looking forward to going back!
The hostess was very energetic and happy to see us and seat my sister and I. Great music was playing. We could hear each other speak so noise level was not an issue. Our server was very attentive to our dining needs to make sure we had everything we wanted. I had a four egg omelette. Definitely one of the best I ever had. Hash browns nothing less than fantastic.
My partner's food arrived cold. My food was decent but not as good as I hoped. They had no green chili left for my green chili burrito. They said it was on back order.
First time visitors and highly disappointed! Food took 45 minutes and was cold. The food was replaced and the manager did take some money off the bill. The Lobster/Shrimp Mac & Cheese had one small chunk of lobster and a few shrimp. Definitely not worth the price paid. Definitely Will not be returning
Food was great, accommodated us quickly and were able to make a grilled cheese for my daughter even though it wasn't on the menu. I highly recommend eating here!!!
Savvy servers and a fun atmosphere. I loved that there was a variety of food for different palates!
First time eating here and probably the last. The fried chicken and cornbread pancake was just ok. The chicken tasted pretty good but the portion size was small. The syrup they served with it was the fake maple syrup. Not what I expected at all. The cheeseburger was a big disappointment. Looked and tasted like your typical previously frozen thin burger patty that you can get anywhere. Nothing to write home about.
Lively place on a Saturday evening! The food was delicious. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. My husband and son had the prime rib philly cheese sandwich. Sounds ordinary but both sandwiches were outstanding!
This was the second time we’ve dined at Toms Urban and this time was as bad as the first. I will say that our waitress was personable and knowledgeable and made appropriate suggestions for food. However, the food is beyond mediocre. Hamburgers and sliders are pre-frozen patties that aren’t really flavorful or unique. The prime rib steak and cheese tasted like they used Steakums. We also ordered the chicken nachos which cost $18 and I’m still wondering where the chicken was at....one saving grace is you can get a 40 oz beer at Happy Hour for $9
Tom’s Urban is a home-run for affordably priced dinner and drinks before or after a show at Mohegan. They even have a happy hour, be sure to look up the times!!!
Had a bit of a problem with the bar service. Not as informative as she could have been.
Food was great! The service was excellent for how busy they were. The food was served in a timely manner and was an appropriate temperature. I had the chicken pot stickers and a chicken club with garlic fries. I would eat here again and look forward to trying their other food.
3 beers, 3 shots, 3 burgers..... $151.00 and a $30 tip on top. I would at the very least expect the bathrooms to be clean. Maybe not granite and gold but for real grab a rag and bleach and spackel for all the holes and anchors in the wall or are they just peep holes to the adjoining rest room? You have a large restraunt but have a 1 bathroom run down stall. We had potstickers for an app they were slimy as all hell. The food was a hamburgers that I could have made at home, for $4 each would have spent time in the cold on the grill but so much better. What a waste of cash for a babysitter and dinner. We could have done better at McDonald's and then thrown our money away on a slot machine.
Food and drinks were good and atmosphere was lively and energetic. Only negative was the service which was REALLY slow. This is the 2nd time that I've been here and both times the service was really slow so I'm starting to think it's the norm which is unfortunate.
Our server Jamie was amazing, the restaurant was packed and she was very busy; however, she was on top of her game and treated everyone she was serving as they were special guests.
Our waitress was not on her game. The food came out wrong and cold. We always like going there for dinned when we are at the casino. Also there was a guy two tables over smoking a cigar which i thought it was a non-smoking facility. And with my wife daughter and myself we are non-smokers it was not pleasant.
Wait staff really slow and place was only busy at the bar. The restaurant wasnt. Food was delicious and came out on time.
Carmel French toast a must
Great waitresses and waiters
I sent my meal back the omelet tasted funny with the cheese and there was more cheese than hash browns for the side. I received another type of eggs were ok and hash browns without cheese were almost freezer burn and dry not sure if that was how they should be. Asked waitress for hand wipes and as I knew they had them because we ate there night before for dinner. She did not bother to look and said they didn’t have any. Why do they have such cheap utensils? We probably won’t be back not worth the aggravation.
The food was good. It was moderately priced The music was too loud. We could not hear each other at the table. The waitstaff was good at first but then she just disappeared and we had to finally ask someone to go find her. She needed to be much more attentive. That was very irritating.
The ribs were great!! Staff was friendly. We had reservations and were seated right away, and the service was good.
Went for New Year’s Eve
Busy night. No one came to our table almost 20 minutes after being seated. We were chatting and noticed how busy it was. We had time before our show so it was fine. Once the waitress Makadie(I think) arrived. She was friendly and helpful. We ordered drinks and entrees. Within 15 min we had drinks and all the food. The servers worked well together to keep things moving. Food was plentiful. Well presented. And good tasting.
Definitely a Bar atmosphere. It was noisy until much of the crowd left.
Good for friends gathering. Not date night-too noisy. Ok for kids. TVs everywhere. Sports etc. basic bar. Beer plentiful.
Service was slow but food was good. Those with gluten allergies felt it was not adequate.
We love Tom's. We arrived early for our reservation (again) and they had no problem seating us right away. Food is great, service as well and the place is always hopping.
Excellent service and food was excellent as well. Reasonable prices with great flavor, everyone was very happy with their dinner choices. I would definitely come back in the future.
Everything was good, if not outstanding. Decent food, decent service, lots of TV screens.
The food has been good every time we have been there. On our last visit we sat at the bar, and the bartender had good recommendations for food and drinks.
It was a great place to watch the Blackwolves 2nd game on the TV's, Just wish the volumn was better. Awesome, Food, not happy with climbing stairs to go to the restroom though....
Food was average at best
The honey wings were delicious. We had burger & beer special which was also good.
