Head chef Yoshi, with an experience of more than 20 years as a French specialist; including his career at the Heston Blumenthal (Melbourne) and the award-winning Shoya restaurant (Melbourne) finally formed a “tour de force” restaurant here in Sydney.
His remarkable sense followed by a strong passion lead to the creation of a unique piece of art. We are proud to present the one and only French-influenced Japanese diner, Tokyo Bistro.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. We had the degustation and thought it was great value at $65pp. The food was very nicely presented and all dishes tasted terrific. The service from all including the owner Yoshi was excellent. Highly recommended
