Somos un grupo de emprendedores que buscamos rescatar los valores de nuestra cocina ancestral mediante la primera comida rapida de America: ¡El Tlacoyo! Con mas de 2,000 años de existencia el Tlacoyo es considerado el padre de los antojitos méxicanos, como el Taco, el Huarache, la Gordita, la Tlayuda, la Quesadilla, el Sope. En su preparación ancestral el Tlacoyo une tres elementos básicos de la dieta mexicana: Chile, Maíz y Frijol, además no lleva grasa ni carne, ya que esto fue introducido después de la llegada de los españoles. Experimentamos con el Alberjón, la Espinaca, la Flor de Calabaza, el Ayocote, el Chicharo, los Champiñones, las Setas, la Papa, los Pimientos, el Aguacate y muchos MAS.
