We ordered both antipasti starters and a half bottle of malbec. Everything was so fresh, delicious and very well presented. Very good value for money too.
Food was lovely and the staff were nice too, the outdoor seating had heaters to keep warm but would still recommend bringing a jacket
Great meals, view and service! Defo will be back soon
We had a great time. The service was great. But the tomato sauce on the pizza was too watery. Other than that it was great!
Great staff and service. Food was lovely, arrived in good time.
Thanks to all at The Woolenmills. We had a lovely lunch. We felt safe and relaxed because you adhered to guidance. Thank you for showing up for work in difficult times so that we could experience normal again.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and food was to die for!
I received something that I didn't order, the waiter wasn't helpful and he seemed angry at my friend and I (for a mistake that we didn't make). The music was way too loud and I didn't feel comfortable.
Great place for lunch and have been for dinner too. gorgeous food Lovely staff .. fish and chip bag divine 🤗
Booked the woollen mills for a family lunch after reading some reviews. We were not disappointed. While a little pricey, the food was exceptional and the portions were a decent size. Our 2 year old daughter’s fish and chips was actual smoked haddock and hand cut chips, She absolutely loved it and left nothing on her plate. Our mains were top class. Excellent coffee also. The staff were attentive if a little forgetful. Lovely location and the place itself was spotless. Will definitely be back.
I've eaten here for breakfast a few times in the past and have found it a nice restaurant with decent food. On my most recent trip my partner and I were very disappointed with the food. A generous portion of chicken wings to start, which tasted fine. The beetroot, fennel and apple burger was extremely dry and overcooked as was the beef burger. The menu had what appeared to be nice options, ambience was good, wine was tasty, presentation of food was well done. Some of the waiting staff seemed hurried and under pressure. Maybe we visited on an "off night". I know all the new rules and regulations are taking their toll on everyone and perhaps the restaurant is still finding its way within this(social distancing and hand sanitising stations etc were all excellent)
Had such a lovely evening. Felt so comfortable and safe with Covid measures and menu and wine list both superb.
Cool feel to the place and felt that every procaution was taken to ensure all were safe.
Really loved the cocktails.
Will defo be back and would recommend to all
We went for dinner during covid measures. Inventive menu for starters and mains. Good seafood choices. Limited desserts. Tasty cocktails. Seemed expensive for what it was.
Woolen Mills is always a lovely dining experience - food is interesting and always good quality. And staff are pleasant and friendly
The food here is really good, friendly staff, and cosy atmosphere
The butternut squash Bhaji, curried crab claws and scallops, with the delicate black pudding were all fabulous. Noel our server was 5 star all the way, Great location and ambience !
Fabulous from start to finish
Fantastic setting, courteous staff, and an unbeatable view. I found my fry a bit salty and dry but otherwise delicious and a good value.
Amazing as always. Delicious food, delicious cocktails, attentive service, safe social distancing and hygiene standards. I even got a complimentary glass of Prosecco for my birthday! We’ll be back.
We wanted a good brunch to set us up for a full & energetic day in Dublin. Our research led us to The Woollen Mills, based on location & previous reviews, & we weren't disappointed. I had the Ha’penny Fry & my wife had Poached eggs with fried bacon, tomato and sourdough toast. Both were excellent & we would highly recommend to anyone seeking similar
Absolutely loved everything, our server Jitka and Noel were fantastic, the Fishy Bag was fantastic
We were made feel very welcome.
This restaurant has the most polite and friendly staff.
The food is outsanding and the quality of the produce is great.
Felt very safe and that all that could be done was made clearly apparnet with comfortable seating and partitions.
Will defo be back and would highly recommend.
Really well spaced out and food was delicious and not overly expensive considering the quality and portion sizes. Lovely cocktails and atmosphere with great music choices. Would recommend especially in COVID times as felt very safe and distant from other diners.
Had to change the amount of attendees numerous times on lead up to the night which was no problem at all. Our Waiter was also excellent and helpful. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend.
Great street views, friendly staff, lots of space between tables, and the can of anchovies are still on the starter menu!
Gorgeous food & coffee, the service is always friendly and welcoming - great staff.
Great food, nice waiter, good value but I do not like that they add 10% service charge automatically. We were a table of three having a quick lunch not a large group....
Fabulous breakfast, loved the full Irish and bacon buttie. All in covid19 safe environment, sanitised and clean, all staff wearing facemasks.
My hubbie votes this as BEST PLACE EVER for a FULL IRISH!
Can’t wait to go again.
I had the butternut squash bhaji, equally good.
We felt perfectly safe and well cared for It was a brunch with my kids and husband so we really appreciated the space outside and the obviously great safety standard yet we felt comfortable and dare I say it like normal
Great service 😋
We had a very pleasant evening with good food in a friendly atmosphere
Needless to say we had another great meal in The Woollen Mills.
Great service & very tasty food with a wide variety to choose from
Very happy to see all the extra measures they have gone to to ensure their customers safety and the safety of their staff.
Will definitely be back & I highly recommend it for lunch outside in the city centre.
Great outdoor seating area for all weathers, nice menu and attentive staff
I ordered a spinach, beetroot and goat cheese salad.
Basically I got 5 spinach leaves, and really small cheese in a plate full of beetroot.
Terrible place, avoid with all your forces.
As usual; great food quality but prices are still very high for the quantity and staff always not the friendliest .. something to work on to get a 5 stars !
Not an enjoyable experience , won’t be returning.
Really enjoyed lunch. Well worth the visit. .......
Staff very welcoming and friendly. Amazing food and local beer. Totally recommend!
