Was looking for some great food that was dog-friendly. This place is a winner! They have a bunch of outside seating, and plenty of heaters for cooler nights. The food was outstanding and a great selection of cocktails and beers. Our server was great and was super sweet to our 75+ pound puppy. We can’t wait to go again!
Service was slower than normal, not sure of the reason.
Great food and service per usual!! Always an excellent experience.
WE HAD NOT BEEN SINCE OPENED GREAT FOOD SUGGSETIONS FOR BEERS ETC WILL BE BACK SOON FOR SURE
Great Birthday Dinner with Liv Music!
Fantastic evening out. The food was delicious and all Covid guidelines were observed. The music was an added touch . A great evening out. We will definitely return.
I've heard a lot of good things about The White Oak Tavern, which is why I decided to go there for my birthday dinner. Sadly, I thought it was just OK. The best part of the meal was the dessert. Definitely try the Peanut Butter Pie & Apple Strudel Bread Pudding.
A great local farm to table place, everything is all fresh and amazing. My wife and I enjoy White Oak for any and all occasions. Brunch and Drink menu are amazing but please do not forget about lunch and dinner. You will not be disappointed!! If you have not been here, you Must try this place out!!!!
Awesome first dining experience at White Oak Tavern! The Apple Cheddar Pinwheels were amazing, as was the buffalo chicken caesar wrap. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and able to recommend a sour beer for my husband. We can’t wait to go back!
The meal was good except for a few things. I ordered a very healthy meal of mahi-mahi with beets and mashed cauliflower. For some reason the entire plate was surrounded by thousand Island dressing. I’m not entirely sure why they would do that and I did not eat any of the dressing and was unable to eat a lot of the cauliflower because it was in the dressing.
We really liked this place. The food and service were excellent. The kicker is they have their full menu available and a brunch menu so one has considerable choices. Definitely going back
Excellent burger, but a bit pricey considering the portion. Additionally, when the burger is made so thick you don't really get to enjoy the everything else because each bite has so much beef it overtakes the condiments and fixings.
Went on a Saturday night. Live music was cool. I would definitely recommend the Bourbon Slushy if it’s available.
Best selection of beer on tap in the surrounding area. Music is a wonderful added bonus. Always a GREAT time!
Echoing what I wrote on the HoCo Eats FB page - The atmosphere was great; we dined inside and felt increidbley safe. We are very pleased with the number of Gluten-Free options they have. Everything we have ever ordered has been amazing - the steak and eggs is by far my favorite! Everyone was masked up and following CDC protocols. I was impressed at how the tables were wiped down after each guest to include the chairs. They are dog friendly outside and even had doggy water dishes that I saw the server take back inside with the dishes.
We enjoyed every moment and we will be back. We highly recommend!
We ate outside and the staff accommodated us with heaters. Food was delicious: both soups, salads, sandwiches...the place was sadly empty. You should go and eat there or do carry out!
Considering we are in a covid mode, no one in restaurant, but that didn't affect one thing!
All fresh food made there. All condiments were fresh.
Going back this weekend for more normal...music, drink and great apps! Mixed Business is a fantastic duo, won't miss them. My mojito's were perfection. Just a real shame the regulations and fear are compromising real life. And all small business.
The White Oak Tavern was an okay sports bar. The food was fair, nothing special even though they are trying to come off as a prime gastro pub.
Although I didn't order a beer they did have a great selection if you are a beer maven.
The food was overpriced but the service and server were excellent.
Went on a Saturday night and they had a live band that was okay (not too loud) and in the background.
Lots of parking. Not sure if I will return anytime soon.
The food is delicious. I always get the mahi-mahi, but this time it was not cooked as well as the last time which was amazing. Overall, everybody thoroughly enjoyed their meal
Love love love this place. Wanted brunch and this place nailed it!
Service and atmosphere were good, but the time it took to get 2 burgers was very very long, especially since the restaurant had less than 50% capacity. Also, although the burgers tasted great,, the amount of grease that gushes out of the burgers could easily fill a 1/2 cup.
burger was so-so. Service was just okay.
Better places to eat not as expensive with better food and servie.
The Briquet Stroganoff was amazing. Beer selection was outstanding with enough variety to please everyone.
Prices can run a little expensive but could still feed a family of 5 under 100 and still get good food.
We just discovered this place. We went here on a whim on a Friday night because they were one of the few places that still had reservations available, and we liked it so much that we cancelled an existing reservation for the following night just so that we could come back! The atmosphere and music are so fun. The food is all delicious; my one complaint would be that there aren't a ton of healthy options, but as long as you go into it knowing what to expect and bring your appetite it's a great place! The first night we were there we had Andrew as our server, and he was awesome! The second night I unfortunately missed our server's name because I had stepped away when my group was seated, but she was also fantastic! This place will definitely become a staple for good beer and weekend cheat days!
We have been coming to White Oak tavern for a long time and this is the first time I can say the food was terrible.
The chicken sandwich was soggy and greasy. Tried to venture away from the burger (which has now reached $17) and try something else.
Also had a Caesar salad for appetizer, which used to be good. I suspect they aren’t making their own dressing any longer. It was incredibly bland. Reminded me of a grocery store salad bag Caesar salad.
Food was very good. Summer Omelet was a treat. Fried green tomatoes could have used some seasoning. It sounds odd to mention but the ketchup that came with the home fries was nice, they added some smokey barque flavor.
We both did not like the bloody mary but that is because they used old bay in their mix. Had we known we would have asked to do the more traditional version. I'm sure they would have accommodated.
Great food, strong beer selection, tons of outdoor seating
Just had the apps, but 3 apps filled us up. Great beer selection too.
It was a great experience coming back. We have been here before the pandemic. The food has not changed specially the burger. The service is good.
Outside dining was great, we will be back for another meal soon.
Justine was an exceptional server.
Food was outstanding.
Pizza Egg Rolls were a very pleasant surprise.
HAM-Burger was good as always
Summer Risotto we delicious
They had the outside table at the time we requested. The server was available but not pushy, AND he answered our questions and gave helpful comments about the food so that I was very pleased with the food I chose. The weather was good, so this may be a lucky place (:>) I guess. Great Place
Food was delicious. Beers and drinks were great. Service was super. Always a great experience.
First time out since restaurants reopened for on site dining and had a good experience. Felt comfortable with the protocols in place and the food was delicious as usual.
