We recently enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Venetian with another couple and none of us had been there since the reopening. The meal was delicious as well as the wine and the service was outstanding! We had a fabulous time and will definitely be returning again soon!
Had a very good meal food was excellent
This was our first time at the Venetian. Had a 7:30 reservation with another couple and were seated right away. Cindy M was our server and she took great care of us! Although it was our first time, it won’t be our last. Highly recommend.
friendly staff, amazingly delicious authentic Italian. nice restaurant ambiance.
I like the atmosphere with lots of red leather booths! The food portions are very large, I would suggest splitting the salads if eating as appetizers.
Chicken parmigiana with homemade pasta was excellent! Would have gotten the Veal, but for some reason, it was $55.00 for veal parmigiana, a little outrageous. Prices are a little high for the type of restaurant. I would still go again and recommend it!
We always loved the original Venetian and have been back a few times since new owners. It was actually better than any other time we ate here. Our food rivaled The North End in Boston as everything was excellent. My friend needed gluten free pasta and her dish was delicious and portions were hearty.
Braised Short ribs were on point! Big portions, won’t leave hungry that’s for sure.
Food was good. Service was slow.
Food service and atmosphere were excellent. We have returned several times and service and food is always excellent and consistent.
Our favorite restaurant , staff is very friendly , food is great , chef is an artist in
The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Place was very clean and the food was delicious.
We came as a party of 4 adults. The service was prompt and courteous, if not downright friendly. One of the drinks was a bit strong and the server went out of her way to recommend a new and/or different drink. We ultimately declined, but the point is that the server appeared to genuinely want our guest to be happy with their order.
The food was also excellent, with some in our party having the salmon and the others having steak and spareribs. All of the food was cooked to order, flavorful and presented very well. We also all had dessert which was very good and had the feel and flavor of being homemade (in some restaurants, even nice ones, I’ve sometimes gotten the impression that the dessert was mass-produced).
Overall, this was a delightful experience. When we return to the area, it is likely that we will choose this restaurant again.
Very good service.Great food. Good drinks. Good value. Too much noise. Impossible to have a conversation across the table.
Service was slow room was unusually cold. It was a cold day no reason to keep air that high. Waitress informed us she could not touch thermostat
Service and food were excellent!
Love the Venetian but lately the bar has to figure it out and get the drinks out quicker. Glass of wine received at end of dinner our last 2 visits.
We love the restaurant. Paul is an artist. Only complaint is air conditioning is set too low.
I just love this place and the food is always fantastic!
Really great restaurant with really great food! Nice atmosphere with super kind and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!
Excellent service. Quiet Friday evening. Staff extremely friendly.
Love it here! Everything is delicious, food was served fast and hot! Waitress and very nice! Drinks never ran low. very reasonably priced! Get the garlic knots!!!!!!
I ordered a pasta dish that was, swimming in oil.
Waitress was not very nice We asked for olive oil to dip our bread in but she said only butter no oil. We were there a week ago and another waitress served us oil.
We absolutely love it. Food is exceptional and the staff is fun.
The chicken Parm was a plentiful and my husband liked it. I got the shrimp scampi ,which was okay. The shrimp was not jumbo like you typically get with this dish. Only had 3 pieces.
Food was very good, also the waitress was very helpful in reminding so dishes
Place made me hard
Fantastic in every way
We went here to celebrate our return to eat-in dining. I had the veal chop and it was cooked perfect - medium and was very tasty and tender. Most enjoyable. My husband had the Delmonico and it was tender, very tasty and very enjoyable. We had a lovely dinner.
It was very good the food was great service is very good the only thing they put us in the back room which is very nice but the tables are too small we couldn’t get all the food on it Barely The table was rocky Moving side to side it took a bit of experience away
Outstanding in every way
1st time there and it was an amazing experience. Staff was friendly. Food was great. Drinks were great. They treated me like family.
Boston quality food and service on the South Shore but not Boston prices.
The food was excellent. Waitstaff was efficient and friendly.
Not a great culinary experience. Price points are high, value is medium to low. Nice job on the interior renovation, but the place reeks of industrial cleaner from the moment you walk in and throughout your dining experience. They need to back off on using whatever it is they are mopping the floor with at night. This is a restaurant not a bus station restroom. Chicken parmigiana is about as standard and straightforward a dish as there is. Why is the spaghetti swimming, and I mean swimming, in a sea of sharp tasting tomato sauce, and why is the chicken parmigiana placed on top of this mess ? I was actually warned about this dish by a staff member before I ordered it, but made the mistake of proceeding to order it anyway. Two entrees, one lemonade, one ice tea and one slice of cake cost us $95.00 (including tip) I don't think they can make it long term with these price points unless everything from start to finish is exceptional, and it was not. However, as long as the South Shore continues to offer nothing beyond sub par dining establishments the people may still come. This was the second chance we gave the new Venetian, and definitely the last.
Only been there once...food very good....let's see what happens on future visits.
My husband and I went for an early dinner. The service was great and we didn't feel rushed. The appetizer (calamari) was delicious. We both ordered seafood meals and they were excellent (shrimp scampi and salmon with risotto). The dessert was fantastic (cannolis). We highly recommend this restaurant.
We have been to the restaurant several times and typically have great service and great food
