Amazing food and service!! And a beautiful view!
Love the food- love the view- was our 2nd time there. Service was awesome- knowledgeable but so personable. Hope to get back before the season ends!!
Best bay view. Food beautifully displayed and delicious. Excellent service.
Very good food and service. However the prices are a little high.
The food and service were wonderful. You also can't beat the view! It was pricey and a little loud but we thoroughly enjoyed the evening and would definitely return.
Although it was outdoors the space was uncomfortably hot even with overhead fans. The Pot de Creme was absolutely delightful which is NEVER on any menus anymore. SOO glad they had this chocolate pudding dessert. The chopped salad had great bacon bits and big blue cheese chunks. The halibut with crab was delicious! Top notch food.
Awesome time at the Swine Bar! Drinks were balanced, food was delicious, vibe was chill. We were there in August and were hesitant about sitting outside in the heat but the overhead fans they have make a huge difference. And of course sunset over the bay is always fabulous. We always loved Surfing Pig, and now we love Swine Bar too!
Our first experience at The Swine Bar and a good one. Taylor, our server, was comfortably attentive and the kitchen made her service shine. And, of course, the place is spot on with Steve Cozzi at the helm.
Very hot all outside!!! Entree’s were average for the price! Not worth the money
The dining experience was outstanding. The peach with burrata and pork belly with scallops apps were amazing. The coffee rubbed steak ,flounder and branzino entrees were prepared perfectly. And last but most certainly not least was the amazing service by our server Taylor. This truly was one of the best dining experiences at the shore this summer.
Beautiful setting right along the water. However the tables are practically on top of each other. The menu selection is limited. We waited 20 min from
When we placed our order for 2
Martinis and the kitchen was at my back. The martinis were very good but we ate our appetizer before our drinks even arrived. Not right. Again great setting but other than that not sure if we will visit again.
Excellent food and great view!
This was our second time at the Swine Bar, and I honestly thought it might have been even better than the first one.
My husband and I went - our second time this August. I had the exact same meal (clams on the half shell and Angus sirloin) - both times everything was perfect. I always order steak rare, and on a recent visit to a "steakhouse" it was extremely overcooked. However, at the Swine Bar the steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The clams were fresh and flavorful and the cocktail sauce was an excellent complement.
My husband had different meals both times - first visit, he had the burrata and peaches and the veal entree. This time, he had the calamari and the flounder. He even asked for a different preparation for the flounder (mushrooms, not tomatoes) and the chef accommodated him without any issue.
The last time felt a little bit rushed, not in a bad way, but I would have preferred a little time to sit and digest. This time, I'm not sure if it was because they are short staffed (end of season), but the courses were a little more spread out, which I enjoyed.
Cocktails are consistently good. I had the traditional martini, and it was so good I had a second one. Last time I had the paloma, which I felt was a little strong, but maybe that's just my relationship with tequila!
My husband had the wine this visit and the Cape May seltzers last visit - very few places carry those seltzers even though they are locally produced! I appreciate a place that carries local products.
The staff is so pleasant. My husband is a talker and likes to chat up everybody, and the staff have been so nice and conversational both times (Taylor last visit and Natalie this visit).
Finally, a friend of mine seemed to think it was "pricey" but I don't think that the Swine Bar is any bit more expensive than most fine dining at the shore, and certainly you get what you pay for.
Long and short - two visits, both outstanding, would highly recommend and will return again soon.
Fantastic! Will be back! Food, drinks, home run!
It was a wonderful night, amazing sunset, service was great, Bill, was very informative about the menu. Will definitely come back when we are in Wildwood next year.
Fantastic! Cannot beat the view and unique menu! We will be back!!
Swine bar is just what North Wildwood needed. Beautiful view, good food, great bar and good service all in a perfect location.
Bill was great waiter! Awesome atmosphere, food, drinks.
Our waitress was wonderful-charming , knowledgeable & gave great suggestions! great atmosphere on the water. We had early reservations which was perfect (only avail at time of booking)
Would definitely return!
Time your reservation to see the beautiful sunset view while you enjoy good wine, great service and delicious food!
The food was good, it is not cheap. The setting is crowded. Our table was cramped, and you could literally have a person's backside in your face. The bar does not allow for any standing and you will be escorted out if you are standing. I understand this, but it should have been noted - We felt slightly embarrassed after spending 200$
The drinks are good, but expensive. Would I go back, maybe - I think I would get a drink at the bar and possible an appetizer -
If it rains - you may get wet. Bathrooms downstairs @the Surfing Pig.
I had the Tuna Poke and it was good.
Great new dining option in North Wildwood. Fabulous menu. Flounder , lobster carbonara, pork shank all delicious- can’t wait to try more off the menu. Appetizers were excellent. And the view eighth in the bay at sunset, priceless!
The food and the atmosphere were fabulous!! It will be a new favorite for sure!! The vodka choices lacked my favorite, but the Cosmo was still good!! The service was great, too!!
We really enjoyed our first visit to the swine bar. We had fabulous seats along the edge with great views. Service was superior, as was the food. We felt the prices were a tad high, especially for the non entree items, but overall had an enjoyable time and will return.
Awesome food, staff and views! Love that you can make reservations.
Very interesting experience to enjoy food that I may not normally eat. The view was the best portion of the restaurant, which was otherwise relatively small. The plates were small even though they were more expensive than most restaurants in the area. Most of the menu was seafood- wish there was more variety in that aspect
Carrie our server was amazing and answered all of our questions since this was our first time dining
All our appetizers and entrees were delicious the homemade ricotta was the best and we enjoyed so much and will be back
Such a perfect night
Marina setting watching a sunset was very nice and the food and presentation were very good to excellent. However, prices are a little high for comparable food and service at other restaurants in the area.
Overall great experience. We would definitely go back.
We had an outstanding first experience and look forward to returning for more great food and drinks. Robin was a wonderful server and the staff was very attentive. I highly recommend this hidden haven!
The staff ,the food ,everything was so perfect I have been telling people all day how great the experience was and how delicious the food is and how attentive the staff were and the drinks were awesome.
Apps and entrees were very very good…. Will definitely be back
We dined at Swine Bar for a family member’s birthday
Food was overall good although I and another had the special bolognese pasta with beef, veal and manchengo cheese , we didn’t care for flavor and didn’t see or taste any cheese. We were not offered cheese to top and this dish felt like it was lacking in taste. Two others had Halibut and enjoyed the fish but the dish came with no vegetables or potatoes or anything as a side nor did we see any options to order any. For the cost of our evening which was almost $500 we did not feel the value for food was there. I will definitely go back to the lower level - surfing pig for our next meal there. I do think the view is beautiful but sitting near kitchen was extremely noisy and lots of grill smoke and smells that I would like to have been on other end of deck- just a note if you ever decide to visit. We had several deserts and enjoyed the cheesecake but the berries on it and creme brûlée had a taste of garlic as though the chef used the same knife/cutting board as was used to prep dinner- not very professional.Bar and appetizers I think are worth it Our server was very good so 5 stars for service!
The food lacked flavor, very bland. Atmosphere was great. Just need to
Tweak the recipes.
Absolutely phenomenal in every aspect! North Wildwood’s newest and finest experience! Beautiful water views, wonderful service, menu selections and drinks. Truly upscale dining. A must try!
Food was very good. Service was very good as well. Beautiful water view.
View was spectacular.. the service was excellent. The pork belly and scallops appetizer was amazing. Had a hard time choosing entrees but we went with the lobster carbonara and the pork shank. We were not disappointed! Can’t wait to go back Excellent!!!
Very good view. Food was fantastic.
Not sure why I could not bring my cocktail from the downstairs bar to my table.
Everything was delicious! The Halibut entree was the best piece of fish I have ever tasted.
Service was very good, we were seated at a table by the water and it was a beautiful view. Menu is very limited and no specials but food we had was delicious. Hubby had
Clams on half shell and bouillabaisse and I had chopped salad and flounder Francaise.
Both meals were great and very generous portions. Our server was attentive and
Helpful with menu choices.
