Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood is home to one of Oahu's most memorable dining experiences and breathtaking views.

Upon entering from the elevator on the hotel's top floor, guests are welcomed by crystal chandeliers and live music played on The Signature's white grand piano. Choose from the intimate bar, piano lounge, ocean-view booths, an exclusive wine cellar experience, or luxurious mountain and ocean-view tables.

Join us daily for Happy Hour from 4:30 PM–6:30 PM for food specials and until 7:00 PM for drink specials. Available in the bar and lounge only; walk-ins welcome. Reservations are not accepted for Happy Hour.

    I had heard for many years how wonderful the dining experience at The sSignature was. I decided to take myself there for my birthday.I have to say I was very disappointed, initially I was seated on time I received my appetizer on time and then I waited 45 minutes for my main course. I actually had to stop an employee and ask where’s my food? My waiter had disappeared. Quickly food was delivered to me. My steak was not medium. It was rare there were apologies and I got a free dessert but all in all it was very disappointing. I won’t go back.

    We’ve been to alot of nice steak houses and you walk in and this is no different as in beautiful and over the top with the beautiful view breathtaking . Unfortunately the our service and food I don’t feel was adequate for the type of level of this steakhouse . It was unfortunate

    Although I didn't get the table that I had wanted, it was still a nice table. I was rather disappointed this time. We had ordered drinks and those were great. We then gave the server our order. I had ordered appetizers and a salad to start with. I couldn't tell you how much time had passed because we were catching up with each other. The next thing I know, our main dishes came out with the runners. No appetizers when I finally saw our server again I asked about the appetizers and the salad. He made a sound that sounded like he forgot. I asked my son if he still wanted the appetizer and he said no but we did still want the salad. So the server did bring it out. This was the first time dining here, that I was very disappointed. Yes, the restaurant was busy and I'm sure that shouldn't be an excuse. I had expected better than what I received. Both my steak and my son's girlfriend's steak were over done to what we had ordered. Other than those two things everything else was fine. My husband did ask me what was wrong on the way home. I suppose my disappointment really showed. Not sure I will return. It's something I will have to think hard about. I used to be a server back in the day and I know how hard it can be. I also know that our server could have done more to make up for the mistake. Really shocked and disappointed. Not the birthday dinner I had wanted or expected.

    Not the greatest. Went for crab legs. Was not told they were unavailable till we went to order our dinner. Service was not the best while I was only offered one drink. Not worth the price and hype at all

    We had a wonderful experience at Signature Prime Steak & Seafood in Oahu while celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The food was excellent, and the beautiful ocean view made the evening even more special. The ambience was elegant and relaxing, especially as we enjoyed the sunset. A special shout-out to our waiter, Greg, who was exceptionally nice, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. He made us feel very welcome, checked on us regularly without being intrusive, and helped make our anniversary celebration even more enjoyable. His warm and personable service really stood out and made the experience even more special. Overall, it was the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone. Great food, beautiful views, wonderful ambience, and genuinely outstanding service made our 25th anniversary evening truly memorable. We would definitely come back!
