NOT AUTHENTIC FOOD AT ALL! Ordered a Jerk chicken platter and couldn’t eat it. Actually gave it away to a homeless person it was so bad. Very poor food, tasted like burnt charcoal. If you’re going to advertise food as ‘Jerk’ then PLEASE actually USE Jerk seasoning. Even the server mentioned previous customers saying the food isn’t authentic. Basically Rum Kitchen Brighton isn’t for people from a Caribbean background. Go figure..

The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious they were able to accommodate me and my partner in a beautiful private area and made us feel like VIP I would definitely attend again

We had a great time at rum kitchen, the drinks were amazing (especially the mai tai) and the loaded fries portion size was huge! Special thanks to the manager Joel for the friendly and fun service.

Came to the rum kitchen while walking through the lanes. Great lunch menu offer (meal and a drink for £10) optional upgrade available. Very friendly staff and chill out vibes. Will definitely return.
