Bar all day
Excellent food, comfortable surroundings and great atmosphere!
Enjoyed the $40 2 course lunch and bottomless bubbles deal and was very impressed with the value for money. I am a vegan and called ahead to see if they could cater for my dietary requirements and my food was sensational! Great to know a restaurant in the area can accommodate, will definitely be back again
Wait staff were disgusting and unpleasant.
I asked for a dessert menu and I never received nor were we acknowledged
We had to go up to get the bill and even then the waitress didn’t ask how we were or the experience she just took our money and ran
Disappointed and disgusting service on a long weekend away! Would never ever recommend or stay again
Also the food was small and cold.
Lamb that is stone cold is disgusting
Maybe spend more time and effort in training your staff to put a smile on their dile
We had a great time with excellent food and seeing
Great beer. Loved the food, friendly service very welcoming with a the ever so annoying pram.
Booked online and asked for a best table for two however got the one at the doorway (high people traffic and noisy) Other than this the staff and food was excellent.
Had a great time at The Quarters. We decided to get the $40 bottomless lunch and we loved it! Our waitress was incredibly nice, the food was delicious and we all round had an amazing time.
Great food, cocktail & wine options. We arrived early for our reservation and were able to be seated without issues. Food & service was fabulous. Exceeded our expectations!
Such a fabulous all round venue to visit in the heart of Huskisson. Great food, wine and good vibes.
We’ve been here a few times now and can’t get enough of the place! The vibe is so fantastic! I love the changing menu. I love the crockery. I love the fact that you can see the kitchen and how clean it is and how well the staff work together. I love the consistently high quality of food. What a freaking gem!
My family of 4 has been to The Quarters several times. All of us enjoy the food, service and ambiance while my wife and I appreciate the value for money.
Great food at a very fair price makes us ecstatic!
As always friendly staff with good service and yummy food
Booked for dinner on a Thursday night. Was not made aware at time of booking that Thursday nights operate of a significantly reduced menu, - principally burgers, ribs etc. Service was brisk and friendly, and value very good for what was on offer. Venue had come recommended, - as the best place to eat in Huskisson, - Just not sure we got the experience we were so keenly anticipating....
We attended burgers and ribs night and were really impressed. All 3 adults and both children ordered the ribs. They were delicious with some actual smoke!
In case that wasn't enough the price was right too.
Can the app hook me up with a weekly booking?
Friendly staff, quality food of generous portions. Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.
Very disappointing. Unknown to me it was Hamburger night with very little else available. Not very good hamburgers either.
Great service and good selection of wines and beer.
Stand out item on the menu was in house smoked salmon nicoise. Sensational. Good quality food and friendly staff. Bill Murray adorns one wall as a mural...think Life Aquatic!
Nice cocktails and red wine selection. Good friendly and attentive service.
Loved the Locals Deal. Great place to go to catch up with friends without breaking the bank.
Great food, excellent drinks selection. You will definitely leave satisfied and full. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the manager (possibly owner).
It was maybe a little chilly inside on a cold winter’s night, however I will definitely be visiting the Quarters again.
Whilst the food was extremely good the young fella who was front of house looked a little lost ( perhaps his first job). We choose to seat inside because of it being chilly but sitting along the bench seat a very substantial fraught was hitting our back from window which I pointed out to one of the owners. I would still return for another meal as food was cooked & presented well.
Very nice winter warmer meal. Love for locals $25 meal and drink. We will be back 👌🏼
Had a lovely evening. The service was very good and the food was superb. I will be recommending it to all who come to town looking for somthing to remember.
There were five of us - the table was booked online. We were seated near an open fire, which made it cosy on a freezing night. The food & service was excellent - we will be coming back for sure.
Great Value for Money & Excellent Food
Would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends & we will be back again next time we are down this way
What a great find in Husky!
Looking for a relaxed Sunday night meal and found this place. Food and drinks were a notch above the usual Husky fare at the local pub or club. Innovative and delicious, the food was prepared with great thought and love.
We’ll be back!
Firstly the venue is absolutely lovely, the layout, the decor and aspect makes it very comfortable and inviting BUT if you can't get basic eggs and bacon right there is a problem!!...overcooked bacon not good, fried eggs yolk well done does not mean the whole egg has to come out completely dry and overcooked, haloumi overcooked and therefore tastes like rubber and the platting was sloppy...really dissappointing.
The lamb flatbread is not a flatbread but a quesadilla and paired with oven baked potatoes makes the dish too heavy, I think french fries or a salad would be a better pairing. Overall the dish wasn't anything special in taste...
Coffees were luke warm and too weak in coffee taste....
Overall dissappointing, the service was okay not great but not bad either it would help if the servers knew the menu a little better.
For a simple menu you would expect the dishes to be spot on when it came to taste, this was our first time and we will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone and would encourage 5 little pigs around the corner for tasty food and good service.
We booked for six online, which was easy and fuss free, to attend Mother's Day brunch. The food was lovely - lots of options and the atmosphere in the decked area was cosy and friendly. We all enjoyed our time there.
Great relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff, delicious food.
Great food beautifully cooked. Thank you for a lovely meal.
Not enough variety in food. No proper kids meals. Service was ok.
We booked a family dinner to celebrate a birthday and were not disappointed. We loved everything about it and would definitely go back
Excellent food. Shoulder of lamb was cooked beautifully with great aubergine based sauce. Good wine too.
We had the best night. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic and you can't beat the atmosphere. We love the Quarters.
We had dinner at The Quarters a couple of Saturday’s ago - the restaurant is lovely and the food was excellent but the whole experience was very rushed. We arrived at 7.25pm, ordered at 7.35pm and had our meals served at 7.40pm! How can they prepare food that quickly?! We like to take our time over dinner, so we had ordered a cocktail to begin, and there were planning on ordering a bottle of wine to have with the food, but my partner hadn’t even received his cocktail when the food was served. They clearly have all the meals pre-prepared and ready to go as soon as they are ordered, but it just feels very rushed. We left at 8.30pm wondering what to do with the rest of our evening.
We had a very pleasant evening at the Quarters this week ,the staff were attentive and helpful but not intrusive. The menu was small but enough options to satisfy most people ...we enjoyed the food and the ambience of the restaurant itself .....a great night .....we shall definitely return.
We found the food a tad disappointing, the pork burgers were amazing, but the cinnamon pancakes were almost inedible due to too much baking soda, and rather dry- my kids couldn't eat it all.
Service was not at all friendly, but they were helpful. The ambience was lovely though.
I was really impressed with the Quarters. Its a really lovely relaxed and casual beachy space with excellent food and really friendly and professional service. I loved my wagyu steak with chimichurri and everyone else's meals looked fantastic too. A really nice atmosphere and they were very gracious about us adding more people to our booking constantly. A really nice place to dine. Best I've had in Husky.
I had been past The Quarters previously and had planned to return and try it out. I made the booking from their website (via Open Table) for Valentines Day. I sent the website link to my GF so she could have a look at the menu.
Unfortunately when we arrived the restaurant was running a set menu for the night and their usual menu was not available. I was not informed of this when I made the booking nor was I informed later if the decision to change the menu was made after my booking. This was disappointing as we were not satisfied with the set menu available and decided to leave and find another dinner option. Not easy on Valentines Day with no reservation.
This could have been solved by advising those booking on Valentines Day an email (my details were on Open Table) that the usual menu was not available. It was not made easier by the fact that we weren't informed there was a set menu when we arrived, and were actually given the normal menu sheet when we sat down (turns out it was just to choose the drinks for the night but we weren't told that). It wasn't until we were asked if we were ready for our mains to come out when we advised the waitress that we hadn't ordered yet that the penny dropped.
Credit to one of the staff who did try to offer another dish when told of the situation, but it just wasn't what we were after. He advised us that the set menu was posted on their FB page, but I am not a FB user, and if I was I still don't think I'd be following restaurants in Huskisson when I'm from Sydney.
In the end, is was a disappointing experience however it doesn't reflect a normal day at the restaurant and I'll still be interested in returning one day to try their actual menu.
I would like there to be a N/A star option as I don't think it's fair to leave a poor rating of the food for when it wasn't experienced, however a high review is misleading. My star rating will not reflect a normal dining experience at this venue.
