The meal I ordered was under cooked and when it came back out it was still under cooked . So the meal I had was very unpleasant so I didn’t eat much of it

Just spent 8 days in Airlie and visited the pub daily. Great atmosphere. Just what you need on holiday!

Have dined at the Pub on two occasions now and both times were not satisfied with the meals provided. The quality of the food was poor and overpriced.
The atmosphere was good though but it seemed that even though it was busy some staff were just wasting time.

Food was incredible. Whoever made the song playlist needs a raise. Awesome music to dine to.

Food and drinks were great, only had to wait in line to order for half an hour and then at least an hour wait for food.

No staff at all ... booked in for dinner with 2 families but left after realising there was 1 staff member taking dinner orders for a 200seat restaurant

Best Vibe, beach front, live entertainment, family friendly, amazing cocktails, large meal range that tastes great, best team of bar tenders, highly recommend!

Lovely place to eat and they were very busy but we waited nearly 2 hours just to get how kids meal and garlic bread. When they finally arrived within 30 seconds the mains came out. Yes, we were told a 45minute wait when we ordered but the table that sat down 50 minutes after us got their entrees well before us. We mentioned it to a couple of waiters but to no aveil.

We were excited to be eating at the pub. But our experience wasn’t as good as we expected. We had a table reserved for right near the outdoor bar sitting where people were watching over us and talking loudly. Then for the line up we had to wait 30 minutes until we ordered. Once ordered we were told there was a 50 minute wait which we agreed to. We were still trying to have fun time and had some drinks. However as the 50 minutes had passed and then turned into 70 minutes. I went and asked where out food was. The guy at the counter asked all the waiters where our food was and it was no where to be seen as the person who took my order put down the wrong table number.

The guy said we can wait for more food as they said there is no point searching for the food. I asked for a refund as we didn’t want to wait any longer. My partner came up and was wondering what was going on. The guy then said the food is in the back in the hotpot and they can give that to us in a matter of minutes and gave us a full refund.

We were happy with the outcome but were still unhappy with the experience. As we were looking for a relaxing night out.

Beautiful views over harbour, food great but pricey. Very loud music from band when we got there and then loud "background" music made conversation difficult.

Cold meal was a disappointing after waiting for 45 minutes. Live music was nice.

Partner got the chicken wings at lunch time and they came out cold they weren’t heated through at all

Could not fault a thing!! Will be back time and time again

Sadly the food was pretty bad. We spent over $100 so expected nice for, the fish was over cooked and so dry, the steak was supposed to be medium but was pretty dead..the garlic bread was great lol!

Food was good but mine was bit cold by time it got to table an one of my friends steak was over cooked. Overe all lovely food.

Staff were rude, was sooo busy we waited over 40mins for a meal. It was super hot and loud could barley speak to the people at our table. There was also an under age table pouring beers at the inside bar?!

Found the meals expensive for what you actually got

We ended up eating dinner 3/3 nights in Airlie at the pub. Great menu, excellent service and ice cold cocktails!

Kicked out two 17yr olds and a 16yr old from an 18th birthday celebration because their parents were not there therefore they were not allowed to eat there, even though they were accompanied by 8 other adults.

Very popular, bar staff great, only down side was door greeter was very short.

I have dined at The Pub a few times now very relaxing and nice meals thank you

Customer service here was disgusting. The male attendant/waiter seating us made us feel extremely uncomfortable and spoke to us rudely upon arrival. Was extremely disappointed at the treatment we recieved here. I can't say much about the food because we were forced before even being seated due to the disrespect my partner and I received. Would not recommend eating here, very loud environment and is hard to hear anything else over the music.

The service was excellent even though the place was full so this is a good reflection the staff and their processes. COVID safe practices were present. The food was really good with excellent sized portions and the staff knew the specials and could provide information on the menu including sauces and ingredients.
The bar staff were professional and very efficient.

The Pub has a great atmosphere and the food is a lot better than standard pub food! The buffet is small but a fun addition and the food is nice in it. For a main we got the pork belly and the lamb shank, both of which were big servings and delicious!

Quality of the food was not up to standard. Food came out not very hot. Sausages were well over cooked. Fish was over cooked too

Unfortunately the Food was very greasy, cocktails overpriced service was great, bartenders were fun & friendly

Didn't stay for meal as music was exceptionally loud.

AWESOME Vibe and energy. Loved the music and ambiance generated. food was delicious. bar servers were top notched - with all the people buying still remembering east we drank!!!!

Food was brilliant, drinks great, asked for food to come out separately as we ordered several entree dishes but all came out at same time

This was our first visit to the pub, it has an amazing layout and decor. I didn’t realise that you had to go and get your veggies or salad separately and they bring you your main dish, sweets were also included. I was told that you could go back again and again! We didn’t need to as we were full. Our only complaint was that the music was a bit too loud for us trying to have a conversation at our table. But if I lived in Airlie Beach I would be a regular.

Quite overpriced pub grub.
We walked past this place a few times while in Airlie for a long weekend & it was always quite busy, so we thought it must have something going for it.
After spending a couple of hours there over dinner & drinks, I’m really not sure what the appeal is beside the aesthetic & location. The food was substandard, which made the excessive pricing somewhat painful. Beverages are overpriced for what you get compared to other venues in town. One positive, however, the courtesy bus driver was quite a character & very helpful to us.
