Our talented Kitchen team headed up by Head Chef Nathan West strives to produce an ever evolving fresh, seasonal and exciting menu that is 100% sourced by local Southern Highlands small batch producers, who work sustainably and organically producing the finest produce available.

On the second Tuesday of each month The Press Shop will host a Locals Supporting Locals Dinner. A shared dining experience using only the freshest local seasonal produce.

We enjoyed a degustation at The Press Shop while were in Bowral for a few days away. Our meals were delicious, particularly the gnocchi, the cauliflower dish and the sourdough to start. We also loved our dessert!
The staff were so knowledgeable and hospitable. We would love to come back!

A great value experience although the sizes for each of the courses was on the large size. The creme brulee at the end was delicious but I couldn't have more than a couple of mouthfuls. Very rich and interesting menu. Would definitely go again.

This cafe is very special because chef Nathan West is so passionate about using local produce. I am a regular and will be back for more. Not many chefs will go to the trouble of sourcing their products from small growers because it takes extra time and effort but when they do it is great. It is also nice to read about the local growers on the menu. The gnocchi was the best I have ever tasted!!
