   It was not crowded. We booked on open door but showed up 45 min with plans to sit at bar. They sat us immediately. The bar was only 4 seats- no one there. The food was incredible! Low noise in restaurant. Ambiance was average. Definitely recommend

   Our reservation was at 6:45. We were seated right away. However, we did not receive our entrees until after 8:00. Much too long between appetizer and receiving our meals. My husband's food was warm, while mine was hot indicating things were out of sync in the kitchen. Several tables that were seated after us received our meals before we did. Very disappointed. We have had good experiences here before, but this was a real letdown.

    Food was excellent! Service was not so great. Too much time in between each course being served. Hopefully it was due to being short staffed/ newly staffed. Again, food was worth waiting for!

    Our first visit there was wonderful. We celebrated our wedding anniversary. We recently moved here from FL and don’t know the good places. Our neighbors told us about The Prescott and we were not disappointed! We sat at the bar at first and had the walnut shrimp..excellent. For dinner, I had a salad, my husband had the lobster bisque and we both had the filet mignon. EXCELLENT! Highly recommend!! We will definitely be going again!

    The food and service was excellent. However, I had noted in my reservation that it was my anniversary, and the hostess seated us in a hallway facing a door to a separate room holding a noisy private party, complete with DH. Every 30 seconds or so, the door opened with a burst of music, and revelers emerged in groups of varying sizes walked past our table to get to the bar and refresh their drinks. It was ridiculous. And unromantic. They need to figure something else out - put a smaller bar in with the party, or don't seat people there. For the cost of the entrees, we deserved better.

    Things are not what they were at The Prescott compared to before the beer bug. I ordered the lobster bisque and a burger. I thought that simple enough but I ended up waiting at least half an hour before the bisque showed. It was lukewarm and not very thick, quite the contrast to Ryan’s lobster bisque (I got it compare). The burger came a little after and was fine, the meat excellent and the spices well-balanced. I drank all my water and the refilled water didn’t have any ice and was lukewarm just like the bisque. The stout from Kernersville Brewery was the best part of the meal. I left glad I hadn't ordered anything more complicated.

    The menu was for Easter. My husband got turkey breast, mashed potatoes and gravy and cooked carrots. He loved it and his portion of turkey was amazing! I got seafood risotto and it was good, although the shrimp were overcooked. The service was good and the ambiance was nice. We will be back for a special occasion.

    Usually great, they were unusually slow and compounded my Ribeye special came out as the pork special so they threw a ribeye on quickly and instead of medium it was very rare. By this time we had been there quite a while so I just took the steak home to finish cooking it. Probably best in that case for management to come back and ask how the steak was but that didn't happen and so we got a free dessert offered instead of just taking the $38 steak off the bill. My wife's salmon was excellent as usual. We will dine again but it was not a banner night and the cursory handling of the situation is why I am providing the review.

    First time dining here. I must say my fiancé and I were beyond impressed! The atmosphere was elegant yet laid back. The wait staff were not overbearing yet they didn’t over look anything we needed. And the food… WOW! The presentation was gorgeous and taste was on point! We will definitely be back. This our new favorite spot!

    No staff, had reservations but had to wait an extra 30 minutes to be seated obviously had overbooked reservations. Breaker went out said they were repairing it then 30 minutes later brought us our check for two appetizers and a 10 percent off next visit card.

    My husbands steak was cooked wrong so they took it back and by the time it came back out correctly I had already finished eating my meal. We were never offered a dessert, our waiter never even came back over to check on we ran out of drinks several times and we had to flag down the manager to get our check. Not worth $100 I can tell you that very disappointed that we wasted our date night here.

    Our order took more than an hour to arrive. We had made reservations and the restaurant was not crowded. Food and ambience were excellent but the wait was ridiculous and no one ever came in with any explanation. Too bad.

    Good value, nice atmosphere. Great place for a date night. My steak was slightly over cooked, asked for med rare, came out medium, but was still good. Service was good. Ordered an Old Fashioned, was very good! Would go here again.

    All good. Great service, very nice decor / atmosphere. Appetizer, mains, and dessert were all good. Reasonably priced. Good selection of wine by the glass. We'll go back.
