Pork Belly for entree, a little dry. No crisp on the pork cracker on top. Was chewy rather than crunchy. Prawn flambe for main. Nice presentation but curry was a little watery. Taste was good but definitely not as good as the last time I had it a few years ago. Service was friendly and looked after us, although we did wait our entire main meal for wine to arrive despite asking several times.

As an overall experience, it was worth it. And if that's all you need to read, then that's enough. The service staff were the best I have come across. The location was fantastic. The food looked interesting and tasted well enough. The servings were small and costly. Not a place one goes to to be fed ironically as it's a restaurant, after all. But as an experience it was very nice.

The food was delicious, and the menu catered to all our needs. In every way it made it a really a special event for our Aunt’s 90th Birthday. I would like to say that by far the most overwhelming factor that contributed to the success of the evening was the amazing service of our waiter, Indi. I have travelled the world, and eaten in many fine dining restaurants, however Indi’s attentiveness to our needs and the kindness he showed us was amongst some of the best service I have ever seen. He was in tune with every need we might have, communicated with me on every need our table might have, made sure our Aunt felt really special, and treated her with humour and respect. It made it such a special night for her. He is to be highly commended. Well done Wrest Point, and well done Indi !!! Kath Hogan.

Amazing service and good quality was amazing. We went for a special event and even had compliments from the chef for this unexpectedly. So well presented and a wonderful experience.

Having had a very poor experience at the Revolving Restaurant about a year ago we were tentative to say the least however I am pleased to report that we had a lovely evening. The food was 'solid'. I had the duck which was cooked well and beautifully presented. I would say the food has that magic 'yum' factor but it was fair value for money for a fine dining experience.
