Music in the bistrot area was a tiny bit too loud.
Otherwise perfect

I understand there are some teething issues as it is a brand new establishment however food took an hour & the cocktail I ordered took 40 mins to be served. My family & I (inc. my 5mnth old son) dined at 6pm on a Sunday night. The music was ridiculously loud & we sat in silence as no one could hear one another talk. I had to take my baby outside at one point due to the loud music. I understand the relevance of the DJ on a Friday or Saturday night however on a Sunday night??? Diners were predominantly families with young children at the time we visited. I will not be going back as the venue is definitely not family orientated.

Chicken burger was pink and when I took it back to the kitchen the chef was VERY RUDE to me. Took over 30mins for a replacement meal to come out when our first meals only took 20mins. Disappointing

I think it has some improvements, the place looks spectacular, very modern, clean and comfortable, however cost of drinks too pricey, menu prices are comparable with other establishments, however I wasnt impressed with my meal, nor was my son, char grilled chicken breast - no flavour, the salad that went with it was ordinary, not value for money, the salmon was cooked perfectly, albeit small for the price, however the kifler potatoes were not cooked, they were cold and as for the green fluffy bits on the plate was disgusting, again $32.00 not value for money, lamb souvlaki plenty on plate however the lamb a bit chewy and no taste. We were there on a Sat night so noise level particularly downstairs too much, couldn't hear yourself talk. Staff very friendly, and helpful excellent. The collection of meals or wait for meals also needs some improvements but I am talking about the kitchen staff, not sure what goes on in there but some meals take forever and when asked was told it was being plated, so waited, waited waited 15 minutes, obviously wasnt being plated.
At the moment I wont be in a hurry to return, but would like to retry after it has been open for awhile, understanding it is new in the area and alot of locals are keen to try as there isnt anything like it in the area and the time of year, very busy.

We went as a family for an early dinner with kids aged 2 and 4. The immediate ambience is not suitable for families of under 5’s as it’s open plan noisy, large tv’s on each wall, food took approx 35 mins to arrive and there were no suitable activities in the kids room for our 2 year old. In fact the kids area is a huge tv (ABC me, that had content not suitable for under 5’s), a ping pong table, an unusual wooden chair in the corner and a chocolate gaming machine. We asked the manager if the channel could be changed on the TV as the images were frightening our youngest (I know weird being ABC but it’s for older kids) and as it couldn’t, we asked for it to be switched off which she did do. Food was average and on the expensive side comparative to other local venues. When live music was on a break the stereo music was so loud we could barely have a conversation. Yes we might sound old and cranky but we were hopeful for a pleasant family friendly venue that we felt reasonably relaxed in. Won’t be recommending.

Yes would recommend but would note the food was bland and pricing for meals & drinks very overpriced. Bar staff was slow and didn’t seem to know anything about being a bar tender. Ie. I was asked if I wanted a short or tall glass, I tall and was given a short glass.... just one example

The place is beautiful! Excellent drinks selection, food portions are a bit small, but tasty. Just waited a while for cocktails and food, might need to get more staff. Overall happy!
