The Palm Miami
Service so frantic, the server never introduced themselves. Waited 20 minutes for starting drinks. However, The Palm food is always top-shelf, so we didn’t mind all that much.
We go to the palm for the best steaks in florida bar none. I have been going to the palm for about 40 years and the food is excellent. The only draw back is that they changed their bread basket which used to be the best but now is only average. You would think at their prices they could have kept what they had before.
The Palm is one of the best restaurants in the country. Food, ambience,and atmosphere. A little noisy but that’s because I am hearing impaired. We will be back again shortly.
The Palm restaurant provides you with an excellent dining experience. Peter is an excellent manager who takes care of all your dining requests. We had the summer lobster special. This was probably the best 5 pound lobster we ever had. Our server, Bridget provided us with excellent service and was a pleasure talking to during the entire evening. We are certainly looking forward to our next visit to The Palm Miami!
Consistently excellent steakhouse. Every steak, lobster, side dish is perfect. No flash, all quality.
The lobster special is so worth it. Everything was delicious and there was plenty of food for two people. I can’t wait to go back

I had a wonderful experience here! The Chef was amazing along with the staff. The waiters as well! It was so funny how instead of butchering my name, they sang Happy Birthday Ms. 33! LOL!
They made sure I had a great Bday dinner! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant if you ever want to feel special for a special occasion! Thank you again Palm staff! You guys rock!!! 😃

There are a lot of top steak houses in Dade, but the Palm is no longer one of them. Our evening started on the wrong foot. We had reserved a table for six. They initially tried to stick us in a cramped back room even though there were empty tables in the main dining room. We insisted on a better table. Then we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order and another 15 before getting our drinks and menus.
We had received an email touting a surf and turf special, but the server was unaware. I pulled it up on my phone and showed it to the manager who told me that it was “a mistake “, but that he would honor it. We ordered our filets medium rare and medium. They came medium well and we’ll, but by then we were so worn down that we didn’t even bother to complain. The drinks were chintzy and overpriced at $17.00 for a vodka on the rocks. This was our third bad experience at the Palm recently. I don’t think we will be back.
We had the Lobster special which we’ve enjoyed several times before. The lobster was sweet and succulent. As always, the service was impeccable.
Food was not good. Lobster tail not cooked properly. Steak too fatty. Overall poor experience and quite pricey.
We were 7 people at our table and every one found the service and food excellent.
I have been a Palm customer for 47 years so no surprise that dinner was great. Our waiter, Chris, was especially accommodating.

always fantastic. sometimes I like the italian dishes and sometimes a steak. both are fantastic and the wine list tops. our server was warm professional and a lot of fun.
The best steak in town. If you want a great steak or lobster there is no better place. I have been to all the steak houses !!
On spite that it was absolutely crowded due to Fathers Day we ate very well, food and table service was very good, management was a bit pushy with the people that came to eat early, but no major complain .
The Palm is an excellent restaurant, the Lobster is very well chosen , very tasty , with is not too common even in high price restaurants in the area.

Most attentive service for a special occasion
I have been to this restaurant several tines and to other Palms throughout the US.
Last night the service was just simply off.
Drinks took long, food took long, my rib eye seemed to have been waiting under lights or on the heated plate to long I say this because the juice on the plate even seemed to be cooked.
The experience, I am accustomed too was not there.

Location was great, food came out as ordered and expected, service was outstanding. The serving team was very attentive and made my wife’s 50th Birthday celebration wonderful and memorable. I can’t thank the team enough.
A small, but very important point was thatThe Palm staff read my notes and was knowledgeable of my wife’s extreme allergy down to my seating preference. These are reasons why we will return when back in Miami Beach.
Its amazing how often we forget the places once were our old favorite standards, as is the case with The Palm in Bay Harbour Island, a restaurant I have been going to, if memory serves me well, since the late 80s. A group of of friends celebrating a birthday ( That night was a big birthday night at the Palm) decided to go back in time, and now, we see The Palm in our present and future thanks to the friendly, efficient service, fair prices and superior quality and impeccable food preparation. Food was not all we enjoyed, drinks, specifically, Vodka, Gin and Tequila Martinis, big pours, where expertly prepared to each of our likings and not over priced. Outstanding dishes: Colossal Lump Crab Meat Cocktail, Gigi Salad, Sesame Crusted Tuna and the Velvety Lobster Bisque that came included ( along with a salad) with the Four Pound Summer Lobster Special , a real deal to be share for two ( choice of limited but great appetizers, and choice of a large side ( Potato or Vegetable). The delectable Nova Scotia lobster was perfectly broiled, charred a bit, maintaining its natural inner juices accompanied with melted butter. Steaks to share, all Steaks are 35 day aged, Prime and olive oil and kosher sale seasoned before hitting the fire then kissed with a mild fresh parsley butter. Don't miss the creamed spinach and the four cheese potato gratin.
Shared the big lobster. Delicious. Service was great.

Service and food awful. Potatoes tasted like they were leftovers reheated. Fish came not as described on menu because they were out of ingredients and did not bother to tell me before bringing a dry piece of fish with cold salad on top.

We have been eating at The Palm in Miami for more than twenty years, as well as the Ny and LA ones, but really the Miami one is a favorite. So this time, was a " going back again" . The food is excellent, there is the Best Prime Rib south of NYC , very good lobster, so we go there. This time, we came out with the feeling that something had changed in the management , even in the table service and it was not for better; we found, as an example, the men's bath room was absolutely stinking, and it was only 6pm, very strange. Our previous visit was around February but we also went in January, and there was not that feeling.
