The Palm Beverly Hills
The evening started with our server was not fully informed about the extra charges that accompany certain menu items. This was corrected by one of the managers corrected this.
The food was delicious but I am not convince we received a less than 4 pound lobster that was ordered.
The evening was terrific, service was terrific after the beginning, and we were able to dine and relax as we desired.
Alena was an excellent waitress. Thank you for the culinary experience!
Another wonderful celebration held at this location!!
Great service; delicious food.
70th Birthday for mom, great service !
My steak (boneless ribeye) was slightly overcooked (I ordered it medium rare and it was medium). I hate sending back steaks that are overcooked, knowing they'll have to throw it out and start over. But a steak place should nail the meat temperature every time. The meat was also surprisingly chewy. So a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise, the food was good. For my money, though, honestly, I don't think you can beat Ruth's Chris.
As noted in my star rating, the service was very off that night
Best quality food and service in LA - pay less, get lesser quality. If you want to spend money, make sure it’s worth it and here it is. Always is here- class act . Much better than mastroes
The bloody Mary I ordered could be improved on I've had better mixes at other bars and restaurants. the lobster, wine list, steak and desserts were superbe
The selection of dessert wines and ports is excellent!
There is a exceptional deal on a flight of port wines of which I enjoyed. I would definitely go back to this restaurant as this is one of my best favorite restaurants and chains of all restaurants
Very disappointing. My husband’s steak was overcooked. Coffee was lukewarm. Tiramisu was served room temperature and barely had any frosting. Overall, subpar dining experience.
Everything was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be coming back.
Food and service was great. We enjoyed spending time for father's day. However the host the manager should be more welcoming and accommodating to the requests. One side of our booth was facing the door that sunlight was bothering us. I asked them to change us to a different booth while there were about 10-15 other booths open in the restaurant at that time and they refused to do that. Manager mentioned they set up table based on an order they can not move us. I explained that sunlight will be better for that booth later for their other reservations later however he said he can not help. I responded ok but does not make sense and went back to my table. Then after 15 min of us getting the drinks and bread and started eating manager tells me that they can move us knowing I was not happy. Which at that point I will not be moving everyone on the table in the middle of start of dinner. Most of the booths were still empty for another hour and half of us being there. They should be accommodating to requests when asking rather than after knowing customer is unhappy.
Amazing food, great atmosphere and fabulous staff. We love the Palm restaurant. We always have the lobster and steak. Great Rioja and cocktails. Love it
Great Service, Great Food. The table was waiting for us. Beverage service was great. The valet parking was great. Bathrooms were clean. The Lobster was perfect. The booth was very comfortable. The service was great. A great experience.
I ready to come back soon.
Food is good ,me management is excellent butt busboy rude and be respecpt.waiters madam little need to friendly but she is very fast and good waiters lady Ava.thanks for everything .
Anniversary dinner. Excellent lobster and martinis and service!
Service was EXCELLENT, wine selection was great and food was so delicious and perfect.
As soon as we came in and had a drink at the bar the bartender was so warm and wonderful, the host was amazing, the chef killed it and the waiter was so helpful, but not overbearing. The food was AMAZING.
simple impeccable service, food and knowing how to treat a customer. Huge kudo's to The Pal of Beverly Hills in adjusting to my needs with a last minute business request.
The ambiance along with the fantastic service, made our date an unforgettable one.
I was really surprised I eat there all the time and the Brussel sprouts were soggy and steak dry and flavorless. I might need to go across the street to maestros next time😢
The lobster was not fresh. I'm used to the Vegas Palm where the lobster is always exceedingly fresh. The BH Palm lobster had a texture and flavor that said it was way past its prime time. Overall, the meal was highly disappointing. Skip this location and dine only at the one in Vegas. And they didn't do my bill correctly!
The Gigi salad was really mediocre. A few shrimps on a bed of iceberg lettuce with not many interesting vegetables. Very underwhelming in today's world of interesting salads and interesting dressings. Service was OK, nothing memorable.
As a businesswoman, I hate to do this, but my husband and I were so disappointed. After not being to the Palm since it was in West Hollywood and truly looking forward to the same great experience we had then; really good food, great ambiance and a level of Hollywood elegance, we could not have been more disappointed. The Caesar salad had absolutely no taste, even after we ordered a side order of anchovies and lemon it was just terrible. The lobster, although a great deal - 5 Lbs for $124 - it too has was tasteless and felt as though we were eating sandpaper. Butter did not do the trick at all! The onion rings and creamed spinach (two of their signature dishes) were the only memorable things about this meal. The ambiance was too dark. Pasqual our waiter was the only superb thing of this evening. What a shame this a staple of Los Angeles has gone downhill this much. When I discussed this with one of my clients the next day, she also shared why after her last experience she had not gone back in 3 years there as well.
Spago or Maestros would have been a far better choice!
Anniversary. Lobster was overpriced.
Very few really decent fish.
Great time was had by all!! The food was excellent!!
Outstanding service and incredible food! Creamed spinach is the best you’ll ever have!
Delicious food and fantastic service
We have a wonderful dinner. The restaurant was surprisingly full on a Wednesday night— our meal and our waiter were excellent. Always try to stop by the palm when we are in town.
All and all, I would go back, especially because Mastro’s is not much better but much louder and more expensive. Additionally the Palm is easier to get into Not necessarily because it has a leg up, but because it is Mastro’s.
Amazing! Great service and food.
We were celebrating our 30th anniversary of meeting each other, and Heather our server made it great!
The Palm is one of my favorite restaurants. Perhaps it was due to the fact that it was Memorial Day. Perhaps it was because it was slow. Our waiter was not very attentive. There were a half a dozen tables dining and we could barely get our water glasses refilled. The food is always fantastic and the Lobster Cobb did not disappoint. I am used to far better service though when dining at the Palm.
Great service for lunch!
It’s just...like...well... they didn’t cook the flour out of the the cream spinach. The Real marsala was relatively terrible. The chocolate cake tasted like the refrigerator a bit hard as a rock and not quite as good as Cost-cos. The Caesar salad was cursory at best
Mike did a great job waiting on us!!!! Will be back soon!!!!
Location was easy to find food was excellent great service
Everything was lovely for my husband's birthday celebration. Our guests were late but no one made a big deal about it. My husband loves the lobster. I had crab cakes. We enjoyed the experience. Hope to return before next May.
Flawless friendly service, great food, great dinner. Our server was very attentive to our sometimes finicky 7 year old, which we really appreciated. Outstanding all the way around.
