About this restaurant

  • Charming
  • Good for special occasions
  • Good for groups
Dining at The Old Spaghetti Factory is an experience. For decades, they have invested meticulous attention to their unique designs and authentic vintage décor. Every location is adorned with antique lighting, intricate stained glass displays, large colorful booths, and an old-fashioned trolley car for guests to dine in. It’s the perfect atmosphere for a family celebration, a large group event, or a special dinner date.

A family business since 1969, their founding philosophy — “a memorable dining experience doesn’t have to cost a lot of money” — is perhaps more relevant now than ever. Every entree is a "complete meal," served with hot freshly-baked sourdough bread, soup or salad, and ice cream for dessert at no extra charge.

The food was mediocre for the price tag. God said, took about 10 to 15 minutes for a server to come out to us when the restaurant was completely empty. The food was very bland and not very good for the price tag that you pay. You can for sure find something better.

Last year when we ate here on a trip, our first waitress went home after she took our drink order. Our replacement waitress was excellent, so we ate three different times. Last night, the service, if you can even call it service, was terrible. We were used to dining in the Caribbean, so we are used to slow service. It took 20 minutes to get five glasses of water that were ordered almost as soon as we were seated. The waitress wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem to want to be there. Once our water was delivered, our waitress again disappeared. The restaurant was fully staffed, but very attentive. A good attitude and at least one smile in an hour and a half isn’t too much to ask. The food was good, but it took too long. We had a second reservation for today, but I decided to cancel it.

Visiting from out of state in a party of 16, we couldn't have picked a better spot for dinner! The rustic ambiance set the perfect mood for the evening. Our server was absolutely wonderful—joyful, prompt, and clearly passionate about his job. To top it all off, every single dish was delicious.
