Great food - fantastic service. Lovely location for dinner.
The food wasnt v tasty. The lemon sauce was far too overpowering.
Only went bc it waa healthy and near barbican
Host couldn't find my booking until I pointed it out on the list, but she'd already told my guest there was no booking (embarrassing for me) and sat him at another table.
Food was fine but I booked a table for 1.30 and was not informed that the restaurant would close at 3pm. This would have been fine but the staff started stacking up the tables and chairs all around us as we were still eating!
Too veggie food. Good beer. Nice staff
The food was extremely good with a great selection I including vegetarian and vegan options.
It was a good place to meet for a business lunch but I was a little surprised by the pricing of some of the items on the menu. I enjoyed a nice salad but it was £15 and my colleague ordered a burger which was £15 and didn't include chips as these were an extra £4 on the side too.
Whilst I appreciate it's London, there are lots of alternative places to have this same level of food, service and ambience for quite a lot less? Not sure it's worth the price tag.
Good experience but below average food.
Good venue for morning brunch catch up. However my Omega 3 Breakfast portion was smaller than expected in comparison to the other breakfasts of the other diners.
Good food and tasty, healthy options
We booked a table for 7 people and this was no problem as the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, albeit at 6pm on a Tuesday evening. This was just as well because any busier and the background noise and the load music would have made discussions very difficult. We had a few issues understanding the waiter as he had a rather impenetrable accent but despite a few mix-ups over side dishes, overall the service was good. Many of us availed of the discounted steak and it was OK, nothing special. Happy to go again but only because it is near the office.
Had a business lunch at The Natural Kitchen, food and service were fantastic. Music was a little loud for our meeting, but in keeping with the venue and other clientele, so overall, no complaints.
This was my first experience at Natural kitchen, my daughter and I had a four night stay at a nearby hotel and I researched all the nearby restaurants. Natural Kitchen ticked all the boxes, that being great food with a good choice of vegetarian food for my daughter. The food was amazing, as was the service, not to mention the ginger gin and tonic. Will definitely choose your restaurant again.
Please come to Birmingham.
Upscale chain restaurant. Too noisy. Waiter was lovely but couldn’t hear us and messed up our order. She fixed it quickly and deftly, however. The food was meh. Spicy salmon burger mostly tasteless and mealy. Mezze plate good. Feels more artificial than “natural”. Not planning to return or recommend it.
Great food, good service, good value, quite loud.
Service was good. Lovely friendly staff. The music was excessive to the point where I wanted to hide behind a door. Its meant to be a restaurant not an outdoor festival. The company was pleasant. As for the food, the Nachos were standard and fine. No complaints really. The salad I received was a mess. The avocado hadn't even been cut up, just a half avocado slab. The deep fried halloumi was a practically inedible triangle of grease, and the rest of it was just a tasteless amalgam of spinach and stuff. Don't bother.
Great food with excellent attentive and friendly staff. Will definitely go again and soon.
Food is nice but mediocre for the price you pay, service is very lacking.
Not much attention on the whole floor, felt very neglected when we came here.
Really good find this restaurant. Great menu of both meat based & imaginative vegetarian dishes, so something for everyone. Our waiter was friendly, helpful & very accommodating. It is a little pricey and ended up at £35 a head, but we had a lovely, unhurried meal so this wouldn't put me off.
In general the food was good for the lunch, however my plate was dirty and the salad over drenched in dressing.
Good food and atmosphere but can take a while for the bill to come and very noisy
Wednesday night after work dinner with a friend, happy hour on drinks, lively atmosphere. Food was good. Restaurant was a bit cold so take a jumper, but it is March so to be expected.
Very accommodating staff on a busy day. Convenient location for a lunch in the City
Good food and a nice little restaurant. I recommend. Also have gluten-free options for the gluten-sensitive.
Amazing food! Wishing the service was more attentive and the ambience was just a little quieter in the dining area.
Great food and good service. Can be a bit noisy when busy.
We decided to try here on lunch because the menu had some great vegan options and we weren't disappointed. Not only was the food delicious but the restaurant looked great and the staff were really friendly.
Great food and friendly staff, breakfast was amazing
It was a great meal, me and my colleagues felt great and had a wonderful time! Fully enjoyed the experience but guys, pleaaase, don't use plastic straws anymore! :( It is not compatible with the restaurant's image of natural, tasty, healthy food. The plastic straws are not recyclable and if you can't guarantee hygienic metal reusable straws, at least use paper straws. Nature will thank Natural Kitchen for this wise choice. :)
Great food with plentiful options. Service is quick and non-imposing. Would recommend
The meal and service were good - what was upsetting was the mouse than ran from the kitchen corridor into the restaurant! I was quite embarrassed as I had Clients from Scandinavia with me, and the impression was poor. I wonder what hygiene standards in the kitchen and back-of-house areas?
We have used a few times booked in advance, the lunch menu is varied and good healthy options which is moderately priced. The soft drinks are on the expensive side. Our food could have been hotter for sure, but with time restriction we nodded acceptance on check back and finished our meals. Will go back because we like the place i guess.
A good city restaurant slightly off the beaten track. The menu was interesting and full of healthy options, and the service attentive and friendly. A slightly noisy ambience, but not overbearingly so. Would certainly visit again.
Unusually wide variety of vegan dishes. Waitress made a mistake which was corrected at once with apologies. The only disadvantage is the racket - really a very noisy venue.
Good food, service is always friendly but could be a little faster
Wanted somewhere to eat early before catching train home- this place was amazing. Haven’t had such a superb choice of veggie and vegan meals in a long time. Thank you.
Great food , just a bit slow on the paying part, but overall love this place for lunch salads are amazing
Dinner was fine but kitchen closed too early so could not order dessert.
A fairly standard meal, nothing special for the price charged. Healthy, and sweet potato chunks were very tasty. Good also for pudding however mains seemed to lack any speciality/flavour (had chicken escalope and fish cakes as a party)
Very pleasant and tasteful decorations, excellent service and good food.
