One of our favorite restaurants, it's a bit pricey (about $100 for the full 4 course for two people) but definitely a great spot. The cheese fondue is really great! The main entree depends on how you decide to cook it. But the chocolate fondue is incredible (we love the turtle chocolate) it is an experience and can take about 1.5-2 hours to eat everything. Definitely recommend giving this place a chance for a special occasion.

Very COVID safe. Took all measures to Social Distance. Menu oppositions had changed since our last visit, had some of our old favs listed. ❤️ Me and my husband has enjoyed going to the Melting Pot since 1995. It’s has always had outstanding service and fun atmosphere.

We had an awesome time celebrating my son’s 18th birthday. The service, food, and overall experience was exceptional.

Brandon was our server and everything was great from beginning to end. I'm familiar with the concept but my daughter was not. Everything was explained and the courses ran smoothly. Food was good and customer service was excellent.

Granddaughters 16th birthday

From the greeting of the hostess I knew this was not like the other Melting Pot restaurants I have dined in. Both of the hostess’s were very young and poorly put together, lacking satisfaction and poise. Both being extremely unprofessional and rude; flirting/kidding around with what I assumed to be the bus boys, on their phones, seated 10 minutes beyond our reservation time. The server made the experience feel extremely rushed taking away food (appetizer) prior to us being finished constantly coming back asking if we were through yet (which made us feel hurried). I was just extremely disappointed and frankly embarrassed because I had talked it up so much to my husband from previous experiences at different restaurant locations. Even the restaurant itself had more of a bar feel and lacked upkeep. Several damaged spots on the walls and tables/carpets etc. For an approximately $2-300 dollar dining experience for 2 this should be much more ... well just a much better experience all around. I was so disappointed.

Went here for my birthday dinner. Our server, who was a young college student, was very nice and such a good server. I prefer this location over the midtown one.

The mask mandate in this store is ridiculous. You have to wear a mask when not actively chewing or drinking in a private party room with our family of 4 . If we would’ve known this beforehand, we wouldn’t have reserved a room. No other restaurants in the area mandate this ridiculous rule. We spent $229 and were stressed the whole time.

Enjoyed our special date-night evening to celebrate a special occasion. Our server was exceptional, the food was good, and the St Jude donation special was a win all around. It's been years since we've been to a Melting Pot - and they removed cheesecake from the chocolate fondue plate - how dare they - LOL! You can order an add for $3 - which saved the night.

We always enjoy coming to this particular Melting Pot. But do give yourself enough time to enjoy every course. If you haven't tried "The Big Night Out" with some wine, you simply hff have not experienced all this treasure of gourmet dining has to offer !!

Work dinner

We come here frequently. We’ve been to this location 20 times or so. It’s my daughter’s birthday and she brought friends. I completely and totally understand the process and how it works. The waitress rushed us through the cheese experience and I asked for a few more mins. I ask for a few more mins because it’s my daughters birthday and she doesn’t eat meat. The waitress knew this through the ordering process. The meat course was next for her friends and parents. Not for her. The waitress sent someone to assist with placing the oil. All I did was ask for a few more minutes before switching. The waitress came and said “I heard you refused for the oil to be placed”. In a snarky tone. No, I simply asked for a few more mins. Politely. I wasn’t asking for anything significant. The waitress proceeded to lecture on the process that I already know all to well. I bit my tongue and kindly accepted her reprimand. It was my daughters birthday and not worth confrontation. At the end of the day, if I’m spending 300-400 on 4 kids to enjoy fondue I shouldn’t get rushed or lectured. I never said anything and I tipped well but regret not telling her that her actions didn’t settle well. I’ve been enjoying the melting pot experience since I was a teenager in the 90’s. Obviously not at this location as it’s newer than the Charlotte location. This is the first time I left unsettled about dropping that kind of money and it was due to the service. I’ll be honest, I thought maybe I took it wrong but all the kids spoke up after she walked off and said she was rude. I even tried joking back and forth with the waitress to change their minds but the waitress was a bit snarky through the experience. These are teenagers, they would have enjoyed fondue at home and not understood quality difference. They were just looking for a good time.

With the limited seating due to COVID-19 restrictions, it was as if we got there right when it opened, and very few others ever came after us, so it was quite an intimate dining experience. As usual, the service and food were excellent, and we added the “Balloons and Berries” for a birthday celebration. At first, I wasn’t too impressed with the amount of balloons and berries we got for the additional twenty bucks, but they also took a group photo of us, printed it, put it in a simple paper-frame to protect it, and even wrote the date and place the photo was taken on the back of it. With how we all now take so many photos that never leave the digital world, having a photo to walk out with to remember the moment by was well worth the add-on charge. I will definitely do an add-on again in the future to make someone feel extra special!
