**Albany restaurant closed down the week before our reservation*** That's why my rating is bad. I have been to another Melting Pot in PA and it was very good. Please re-open or add a new restaurant !!!

My daughters and I have been to your place several times. It is an awful lot of fun🤪 our special occasion was to create a memory. Thank you it was awesome.

This was not our first trip, and not our last. Always good and always has good service. Not cheap, but a good value for an exceptional night.

Similar to past experiences at this Melting Pot at Crossgates Mall, we had a fantastic meal, with excellent service. We really enjoy this Melting Pot, and wholeheartedly recommend it!

I took my best friend for his 20th and we had an amazing time. It wasn’t our first time going but it was definitely one of the best. Our server,Oz, was excellent. He was funny, helpful, and attentive the entire night. Would absolutely recommend

Food was delicious. All the staff were so accommodating and thoughtful! The Manager checked on us multiple times. Couldn't ask for better.

My husband ordered a Manhattan and received a half a drink for the full price. It was shameful. We were at Risotto the night before and the weren’t afraid to fill the glass and didn’t skimp on the alcohol either.
