Food is always excellent..........................

I went with my wife for Easter brunch and had a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and the Beef Wellington was to die for. I hope they feature the dish again next year.

Food was ok. Steak with mushrooms and potatoes was too salty. Mussels were good. Big crowd on a Saturday night and clearly they are not used to it. Service was slow and not always attentive to our table. Noisy and difficult to hear. We got spoiled eating in under-crowded restaurants during COVID-19, but glad to see people coming out again.

Menu limited but staff awesome . Ambiance lovely and music excellent.

We went to The Majestic on a recommendation from a friend for our anniversary dinner. It did not disappoint!
Mark, our waiter was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the food, wines, and suggested some terrific bourbon drinks.
We had a great time and Chef Nicholas even prepared a special (specific dairy/soy free dessert) for my wife! It was delicious 💯
The manager was very courteous and made sure our night was great! 😎

Eddie and his staff are wonderful. They are masters at accommodating a gluten free diet. Make sure you try the beet salad!

Food was sensational and service was exceptional, we felt like we were family. Chef Nick's flavors, seasoning and presentation were on point and Josh's service was equally as impressive.

This was our first visit to The Majestic but we plan to come back often. In addition to the food and service being exceptional the atmosphere is also perfect.

Service was nicely paced and not rushed. Meal was very good. Steak and eggs were cooked as ordered; steak temp nicely done. Other dishes were French toast and salad. Both prepared well.

Fingerling potatoes are delicious. Monkey bread is a pass. It’s basically yeast rolls sprinkled with powdered sugar and a few candied pecans. The caramel sauce was only on the bottom of the plate. True monkey bread would have had all the ingredients intertwined. Also, they serve coffee with no cream, only milk. A total bummer.

Service was GREAT and patient. Overall, a decent experience.

The Majestic is our go-to restaurant in Old Town Alexandria. Nothing beats it for ambience and service. The food is always changing and adapting to keep it tasty and interesting, and the bar and craft cocktails (and whiskey selection!) are unbeatable.

Very romantic vibe. Waiters and Waitresses were extremely catering to needs. They checked on you frequently. Food came out fast, hot, and absolutely delicious. My fiance ordered the burger and I order mussels. We also order the dumplings as an appetizer and they were so delicious! Highly recommended restaurant for a quiet, romantic night with your loved one.

I truthfully had one of the best meals in my 3+ years. As always Daphne is the best, cocktails were excellent, table side service from Eddy was excellent. So happy my neighborhood bar and restaurant is back open.

We had a lovely belated Valentine's dinner - the Valentine's prices fix menu was delish! This isn't our first visit to the Majestic and its won't be our last!

We sat at the bar and the bartender was excellent! The NY Strip was incredible and everything was super clean.

We were underwhelmed, specifically by our waiter. Our drinks took almost 15 minutes, my husband was given the incorrect beer - twice - and we didn't feel take cared of. The food was okay but I think we would have felt better about the experience overall if we felt more attended to, especially for what we paid. Overall, "meh".

Unfortunately the food was extremely salty and almost made it inedible. HOWEVER, my friends who ordered something different did not experience that so maybe it was just the quiche and the salad.

Monkey bread was comped because it took longer than usual. The staff immediately let us know they would comp us and the chef brought us another appetizer to have in the meantime. I thought that was overall an excellent experience and was not expected. The monkey bread was worth the wait. Keep up the great service.

Majestic has been a favorite restaurant of mine for many years. It was a fantastic to have a special celebration there the other night, everything was perfect | drinks were outstanding, food delicious as ever, and the evening was so well done. Thanks for being strong through the pandemic Majestic, we will be back again soon.
