Came to celebrate my friends birthday with brunch, the staff was amazing and even surprised us with a little birthday dessert for her! Thank you you made our day!

I loved this place . Got brûlée as an app and the meal was stellar . Also they can make a mean martini :)

The food and service was amazing and on point. We went for brunch and it was even better than anticipated. Will be returning soon!

We ate outside in the shelters which are divided into separate dining areas. Service was commendable considering the waitstaff's challenge of navigating from inside through rain and sidewalk traffic. Brunch was excellent as were the cocktails. The shrimp and grits had a shellfish sauce on top which was new to me, but very good and rich. The Kennett Square mushroom omelet was good, although partner said it was not as "mushroomy" as he expected. Cocktails were the Broken Arrow and Straight Arrow, one with and one sans alcohol - both satisfied these diners. Would have given a 5-star rating for atmosphere, however, the forced air propane heating conked out midway through and we had to close the vent to stop cold air from blowing in. So despite their promises to change the propane tank, this did not happen until we were leaving. Still it lived up to its reputation of a great brunch! Would definitely return, hopefully not on a cold, rainy day!

What an incredible experience! Your staff is a delight-even in terrible weather. We came for the shrimp and grits and they did not disappoint. Staff included birthday message for my mom, nice touch. Honey bee dessert has me wanting to come back very soon.

I was in town on Saturday and looking for outdoor dining. I found Love and I hit the jackpot! The heated outdoor 'rooms' were fantastic. I felt safe from covid exposure while dining and the ducted heat vents kept each table warm & cozy. The waiter was enthusiastic and helpful and the food was excellent! I'll be back next time I'm in town.

I always have a great time at The Love. This was only my second time dining out since the onset of the pandemic in March 2020. I felt extremely safe; and the host and our server were both really great. I never have a complaint about this place :-).

Late brunch for a birthday. The risotto was amazing. Loved the ambience inside . Large outdoor options.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The food and portions are worth the price. Service was excellent. The relaxed vibe is relaxed.

The Love was incredible. The outdoor set up feels so safe and is kept warm. The food is excellent and the portion sizes are big, so it totally feels worth the price.

We sat outside in one of your Love Shacks. Great experience! Your host team was wonderful and our server, Jacob was the best! He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Can't wait to return.

Sat outside -- warm and comfortable. Had our own little pod that was open in the front so nice airflow. All staff were masked and stood right at the doorway so as not to be too close. It was extremely comfortable. Cocktails were delicious. Food was amazing! I was too full to get dessert, which was a bummer because it looked SO GOOD. Fried chicken was tender and delicious. The buffalo cauliflower and mushroom soup was incredible. The beet risotto was flavorful (although a bit too oily, but still delicious). Will definitely be back...hope we can eat inside soon!

Due to pandemic restrictions, we sat outside in our own heated cubbie. It was great! Service was excellent and we had a lot of privacy. The menu is a bit limited but more than enough selection for a nice dinner!

I went for my birthday the restaurant is really classy and cute the drinks were great! Our waiter was cool and his bday is the same day as mines 2/22 lol! Overall my experience was awesome I do wish that they had a bigger menu selection they don’t have many choices for food. If you do decide to order something I would go with the love bird that was pretty good! Besides the short menu everything else was perfect. Would def go back but prob just for drinks lol and maybe some hush puppies. ❤️

My husband and I returned for our Anniversary dinner again this year. We are not comfortable eating indoors during this pandemic and this was our first time sitting in the outdoor booths and we really enjoyed it. The booths were comfortable and warm. Food was excellent again and service was exceptional even with being outside. My husband recommends keeping those through the summer with air conditioning. Dylan, our server was very efficient, pleasant and attentive. Thank You for a wonderful Anniversary dinner!

Loved everything but desperately wanted a cocktail and server was no where to be found. Meal was delicious. I know we are going through trying times and restaurant was full but really wanted a glass of wine with my meal.

Stopped for brunch. It was pricey but we were expecting that. We were sat by the door on a very chilly day so unfortunately we dined with our jackets on. Had biscuits, a kale salad, omelet, and a few drinks. Glad we stopped.

The food was just ok. Truffle eggs were tepid. The crispy potatoes were also not hot, not crispy and tasted like they were sitting on the flat top for awhile.
The kale Caesar was excellent.
The bacon candy and hush puppies were absolutely delicious.
Tuna melt a little hard to eat but tasted good.
Outdoor seating was perfect. Comfortable. Warm. Inviting. And as usual with Starr restaurants, the service was impeccable.

Dinner was phenomenal! It was the best dining experience I've ever had. Food was superb and our server, Dylan, was knowledgeable, conversational and very laid back. Will definitely be back!

All around a solid and incredible meal with top-notch service and surrounded by stunning aesthetics. One of the best in Philly hands down.
