Amazing service, food was just the right amount for the high tea, loved that there was lots of savoury. Def recommend
The service was very poor. We had to wait for over an hour for our food as there was only 1 waitress serving us. We asked for another round of teas & coffees and had to wait for half an hour for them. One of our friends did not end up getting her tea! The food was average too and not worth the money at all. Unfortunately it was not a good experience for us and we will not be going back.
Great space in central Perth for a drink on the rooftop
Menu was too limited. Nice ambience and good service 🌸
Food was excellent, but what really made our high tea, was the lady who served us. I have forgotten her name but she had short black hair and I think was the manager. She is quality.wpuld def so high tea here again.
The only small negative was the area we were served I was a bit tight for room
Really lovely traditional night tea with a twist. Beautiful venue, but the best part was Lucy our waitress who was delightful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we enjoyed ourselves.
The high tea was average (not terrible but not memorable) however the ambiance made up for this - the rooftop bar and outdoor deck is a beautiful area to sit and while away the afternoon. Coffee was excellent. Staff were lovely.
We were very happy with our high tea for belated Mother's Day. Beautiful decor, great presentation, generous food. Sparking wine was lovely. I'd recommend.
Our early Mothers Day High Tea was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The service was impeccable particularly as they so thoroughly catered for our daughter with a serious nut allergy. From the first enquiry through to our experience on the day, they were courteous, helpful and took our queries seriously. They also were not the least put off by catering for my mother to access with a walking frame. The food was delicious, the ambience delightful and the service was super friendly and efficient. Top marks - I would definitely visit again!
Great for a girls catch up. Fantastic atmosphere and great service.
Came here for high tea.
The good parts: the view is lovely as is the design and fit out. The service from Jamie was excellent and warm. She is an asset to The Loft. It was very quiet which was nice as it allowed us too have a good conversation. We were not rushed out. Their rose is quite enjoyable.
The bad parts: I don't rate the food. The best part were the sandwiches. The scone were dry and the sweets were uninspired. Your general mass produced petit four. The tea selection is also lacking with just the standard English Breakfast, Earl Grey and a couple herbal and fruity blends. I only touched one item from the sweet selection and asked if I could box it to take home. We were begrudgingly given a box and told "we don't normally do this, so this is an exception". Wow, thanks.
I have had high tea at almost every venue in Perth. I have never encountered not being able to take home cakes that have not been eaten. Often, guests do not eat all their sweet items because by the time you have your savoury, scones (if present) and then start on the sweets, you're either full or couldn't have another bite of sugar. At other venues, the offer has always been made if I would like to take home what I have not eaten. This applies for high tea that I've enjoyed elsewhere in the world. This isn't to sound pretentious or arrogant, but I have had high tea at some of the best known places in the world and it shocked me to have someone tell me they were doing me a favour for letting me take home my uneaten sweets.
Beautiful high tea! We had a lovely afternoon! at times it was hard to get the attention of the wait staff but overall it was a great experience. Food and drinks were delicious! Will recommend!
