Fabulous food, great atmosphere, buzzing, friendly staff.
An amazing setting and excellent service. The menu was great and had a wide variety of choice. Cocktails at the bar afterwards are also a must!
Summer Afternoon Tea
Great for a special occasion. The food was lovely with a good choice and the service excellent.
The best meal I have had in a long time, would definitely recommend
We had an enjoyable time, staff very friendly especially our waiter Tom P.
Wonderful birthday meal taking a friend for the first time . Food was perfect and the puddings scrumptious
good quality, fair price, good service and ambience
Excellent breakfast - been lots of times, never disappointed.
A fantastic way to celebrate our anniversary. Staff very attentive and food great as always thank you
Amazing service and gorgeous food. Love the decor.
Decided to treat me and my wife to an anniversary meal at the Ivy once again, it was perfect. Food was excellent, atmosphere was good, service was excellent. And not too much of a dent to my bank balance.
Excellent. Good reception, good service, good food and we all really enjoyed the experience.
excellent food, will come back next week, and recommend to family and friends.
Amazing food, first class service, would definitely recommend a visit
The food and service were excellent and there was a personal touch with an individual profiterole with a happy anniversary chocolate
Lovely table by window at front of Ivy. Felt Covid safe elderly couple. Main restaurant part busy
A delightful lunch, staff, food and ambience all wonderful. A great asset for Cheltenham
What a beautiful place. The building, the decor, all wonderful. The food was amazing, definitely can’t wait to go again to try more. The staff were fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful if they tried , it is most definitely a place to visit.
Beautiful food, great service and didn't feel rushed at all.
Starters amazing, mains need some adventure injected. Prices should include veg.
From the warm welcome, to the friendly goodbye, our experience was wonderful. We had a lovely booth (although next time would request a table in the rotunda to compare), and the service was impeccable. Lots of great food options, especially fish dishes, and the steak dish one of chose was cooked to perfection. The salt crusted sourdough to begin was served warm with salted butter-if I had the tiniest criticism of the whole evening it would be nice to have the choice of unsalted, but I realise this is personal preference.
Beautiful building and decor. Staff very attentive without being intrusive. Great food.
Lovely service and pleasant afternoon tea in a beautiful setting.
Amazing ambiance and service. The food is amazing and great value for money. Will definitely be going again.
Overpriced lunch for what we had. Hamburger chips skimpy salad, followed by 6 truffle balls filled with salted caramel, 2 large glasses of house wine, 2 cups of Cappuccino £66.83
The burger was dry, chips dry coffee was lovely.
Excellent visit, staff are wonderful very attentive, the food was super, really had a great time. The atmosphere was amazing, would highly recommend.
Great venue for a special occasion. Very special interior and good varied menu
This was our third visit to The Ivy Cheltenham and it didn’t disappoint…
We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughters graduation.
The food was delicious, the restaurant beautiful and the service impeccable.
We cannot wait to come back
My 60th birthday. Wanted to treat four of my friends. They all loved their meals and the opulent surroundings. Nice to have a little ‘treat’ pudding brought out too
Very good food. Great service and a very good ambiance.
I enjoyed my meal yesterday evening, after all it was at the Ivy. The room is spectacular, the service brisk and friendly, our fellow diners sociable.
The food was okay-ish. Very much brasserie style, uncomplicated and good ingredients.
What was a disappointment for me was my starter of crispy duck. It wasn’t crispy but hard and dry. It seemed to me like the outer bits of the bird, which, when roasted were over cooked and usually you would throw them away. I’m not sure why I ate them, but it being a festive occasion, our 59th wedding anniversary, I didn’t want to spoil the occasion.
When our waiter asked if I had enjoyed the dish I merely replied « not crispy, more like chewy » and left it like that. He didn’t offer to replace it and I ought to have sent it back.
Wonderful experience. The ambience was soothing and calm. The staff very attentive but not overpowering.
The price was enough for a treat but not too expensive so you could do it on a regular basis.
delicious food - not in the main atrium so much quieter but still lovely lunch - great service and dessert with a bday candle personal touch and we were very well looked after. Definitely would come back!
Good food choices eaten in beautiful surroundings . Food hood value gor money drinks expensive.
Food and service were excellent as was the greeting. Loved the touch to celebrate our anniversary. Was offered water as we were being seated but wasn’t aware this was chargeable and should have been made more clear or 1st bottle as gratis.
Overall a lovely dining experience
A little pricy, particularly for wine.
Very good waiter service.
Very good food.
Table near window one of the better ones from a noise point of news.
Noticed that the tables under the dome were very noisy and acoustics poor.
A beautiful bar area, great friendly service, food was delicious and served up quickly. Looking forward to my next visit.
Excellent lunch will return again whenever in the Cheltenham area
Beautiful restaurant with fabulous food. A wonderful setting for a get together with friends. Thank you !
