Lovely place varied menu. Friendly service. Wine a little expensive.
Staff unfriendly . Got the order wrong twice. We were put out after the hour and a half even though we asked to be moved to the bar they said no . Most places are allowing people to stay longer . Expensive food and drink. Won’t be back although the atmosphere was good
Amazing atmosphere amazing service and amazing food
A wonderful dining experience.
Food and wine excellent.
Our server Alex was so very very nice.
Very professional andceven though restaurant was busy made us feel we were the only ones she was serving. Well done to her.
Really enjoyed. Very well spaced out and staff were great. One of our sides was forgotten and after we asked for it , it came about 20 mins later when we had finished eating our mains. No big deal but it happened. It didn’t effect our experience. It was our anniversary and we had a great day.
Disappointed last night when we arrived at the Iveagh and where advised we all where required to order a main course each. This was not advertised when booking table and not in line with government guidelines
I know we’re living through Covid 19 but the guideline for the 1hour 45 mins in a restaurant like The Ivy is ridiculous. However I cannot totally blame Covid19 for a night that had huge flaws. Our waitress was either over worked & or stressed. She missed taking my husband’s food order & had to be called back. There was a delay in getting our drinks to our table. In fact I had to go to the bar myself to order the wine as my waitress was no where to be seen & another waitress saw me & ignored me. The guy behind the bar was super attentive & delivered the wine to our table quickly. Food was nice & delivered quickly. When we requested the bill we requested a glass of champagne for our daughters as myself & my husband still had wine to drink. We were basically told that we had over stayed our welcome & time was up. So while we finished up our girls sat there with not even a glass of water. Not like our table was needed for the next sitting or that the restaurant was closing. Everything to do with Covid is delivered as guidelines. Courtesy & common sense would have made our evening but instead the lack of judgement marred the experience. €500+ later & a ‘here’s your hat what’s the hurry’ attitude left me with a very bad taste.
A very enjoyable night, with great staff and in a lovely setting. Highly recommend
Went for a family occasion, lovely place to celebrate with family. Food was lovely, nice decor and ambience. Tables well spaced and staff wearing masks. Would definitely visit again, quite expensive but for a special treat its worth it. My kids loved it!!
I loved everything service people friendly and warm place.❤❤❤❤❤❤
Had a lovely evening with my daughter and 2grandsons. The boys are 7 1/2& 9.
They weren’t impressed with the children’s menu, so they also had the 3 courses for €25! The ate every bit of it!
It was a very enjoyable evening. I would highly recommend it!
An excellent venue for a special occasion.
Main course food quality somewhat routine for a fine restaurant like this but returning shortly and will see how it stands up!
Great location. Spacious. Good food and service. Will visit again
Ate here for the first time. Have heard great news about The Ivy. The meal was gorgeous and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning.
Super friendly helpful staff, food was amazing, such a great set up!
Very friendly and efficient even when busy. Food presentation excellent and decor of course is outstanding. A lovely experience.
Very nice! Staff were friendly , well socially distanced. Food very tasty!
Lovely food. Great service
Excellent location, stunning food, service and atmosphere
Service was very good, waitress was informative & helpful. Food was of a less than satisfactory quality for the price. It lacked in flavour and taste.
Very special venue , felt very luxurious 1920's elegant feel .
Service was 5 star and food was delicious
Already planning our next trip
Everything about the place was absolutely perfect. The staff were all great, the place looks amazing, and most importantly the food was incredible.
Went here to celebrate an 18th birthday with family. Everything was perfect and felt very relaxed even with all of the COVID-19 protocols in place. Excellent staff and atmosphere.
The Ivy never disappoints. One of our favourite restaurants in Dublin
Amazing can't fault it. Love the Ivy.. outstanding quality and service.
This was our first time at the Ivy. We had a lovely window seat, we enjoyed beautiful cocktails and fabulous food! Waiter service was top notch. We will definitely be returning.
Lovely experience at The Ivy. Food, service and surroundings excellent.
Beautiful food, gorgeous staff, great choices for brunch ..Dublin’s best kept secret for Sunday brunch
Great ambiance. Fun place for a special Sunday brunch. Service and Staff were lovely. Food was tasty. IMO, the value was GOOD considering it is a fancy place, the prices were OK for a special treat. Will be back for dinner again!
We loved our evening in The Ivy. The whole experience was just magical: the room was gorgeous: glamourous, airy and inviting; food: scrumptious and beautifully-presented; drinks: great list; swrvice: superb - friendly, accommodating yet thoroughly professional; value: terrific; overall: superb. We'll be back.
Good as always. Would have liked option of non-alcoholic champagne alternative.
Went for dinner for a special night for my birthday last Saturday , we have been 3 times since back opening in the last 5 weeks . Anyways we went with 2 other friends , the starters was disgusting none of it was touched , when we got the main courses there was a hair in my friends meal which we told the waiter straight away . She couldn’t eat after that as it was turning her stomach . The meal came to over 500 euros for the 4 of us and they never even gave anything complimentary after the hair was found . Disgusted at the service for the price you pay !
Lovely being able to celebrate our anniversary especially with Covid-19. Hand sanitisers on tables (not ours for some reason) but the majority of staff wearing masks which was assuring. Love the Ivy so will be back.
Had a very nice brunch with my friend. Covid-19 measures were in place and we felt comfortable.
Highly impressed with how quickly we were served and looked after exceptionally well! The guys are doing a great job. Only my second dining experience out since the restaurants reopened and I will certainly go back
Excellent food and service. Atmosphere was still really good despite restrictions in place
Food and cocktails were amazing, the service declined throughout the meal which was a bit of a shame due to the one hour and 45 minute covid-19 limitation, and as we were celebrating my boyfriends birthday we were left waiting to order our drinks. Overall the restaurant was amazing, hand sanitiser was available at every table which was really great and the ambiance was lovely.
Had a lovely brunch with friends. Ivy is a super nice place!
