Had to wait 10-15 past booking time for the table we booked but other than that everything was lovely and would recommend.
Lovely setting and delicious breakfast.
This was our second visit to the Ivy, it’s an amazing restaurant staff are lovely and friendly. The restaurant is beautiful inside and out. Thank you
Everything was superb from the moment we entered until we left.
Our table was ready for us when we arrived.
The waitress was attentive without being obtrusive.
The ambiance and the food were perfect.
I will certainly be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Ivy to friends.
Food was really good , wide selection to choose from and service was brilliant.
Could not understand the waiter. Leaves of lettuce on plate and they were dry with absolutely no dressing.
Had The Shepard’s Pie and was disappointed with it. Meat was very chewy. Usually love The Ivy. Seemed to me that the pie had been heated up in the microwave & wasn’t fresh. Food came almost too quickly. I noticed food came out quickly for everyone. Rose was lovely & cocktail. Got a side of peas which were lovely. Service was outstanding.
Had a wonderful time, the staff, the food, the place, the whole experience was most enjoyable…. Will definitely be back again
Amazing staff, food and ambience. Will definitely be back again.
Always an amazing experience!
Last minute booking.
Food was great, it’s been a consistently high standard on each visit. Also served up an excellent G&T.
Service was slightly erratic but all staff were polite and helpful so this didn’t detract from our evening.
Will be back again soon!
First time indoors and it was a most enjoyable experience
Gorgeous spot - great cocktails, staff were very attentive & the food was lovely!
Lovely experience but sad they didn’t acknowledge the special occasion on the booking!
The Ivy is a visual treat with fabulous decor!
Food was delicious and service excellent. Can’t wait to go back again.
Excellent all round, definitely come again when we are in Dublin
Very friendly service, high quality food, and a beautiful space to be in.
Very disappointing. We were reminded on more than 5 occassions that the table was required back by 8pm. Twice would have been enough. On arrival and maybe after our main course. It ruined the evening for us and our guest, as we felt rushed the whole evening. The tone in which this message was delivered bordered on being rude. We are told Restaurants are crying out for people to return but if this is how you treat your customers, it does not bode well.
Lovely from the starters through dessert. Went for an early dinner and it did not disappoint. Recommend the scallops and the truffle potatoes. Started with a berry spritz as well and it was refreshing. The classic menus are very good. Go for the chocolate bombe dessert, especially if you are a social media foodie. We did not video it but many do. Absolutely delicious. Nice staff and service and a mixture of locals, tourists and guests. Attentive to Covid protocols and accepted US vaccination cards.
Had the most lovely evening in The Ivy.
Will definitely return the next time I am in Dublin. Everything about it is top class.
Highly recommended, amazing service and staff was great!
A thoroughly enjoyable evening with high quality, keenly priced, food and beverages. Will return.
Lovely afternoon in The Ivy with friends! Next time we’re definitely going for afternoon tea - it looked delicious!
I took my Mum for a birthday lunch and it was excellent. Food was fantastic, service was really good. It was very relaxed we were not rushed. Would definitely recommend the Ivy
Great food, very pleasant waitress -no rush -no hassle
Lovely ambiance. Great food and service. Perfect for occasions.
The venue is amazing, the service was great (they even brought a small complimentary birthday cake for my wife), and the food was lovely. Better than we were expecting.
The place was just gorgeous as was the atmosphere but the service was mediocre, they gave my dad a beer glass for his wine and spilt my mums cocktail at her place setting, gave the cocktails with no straw and forgot the broccoli my dad ordered. For the class of restaurant I would expect better. In saying that the servers were very pleasant and the place was beautiful the food was good although the scallops were cold.
A place that makes it looks like you will be spoilt but fell short. We didn’t complain as it makes my dad really uncomfortable🙄
food and service outstanding our starters mains and desserts were amazing
Great night with superb food and service
Will be back soon.
Delicious food, good value for price, nice service, not over-bearing
Always excellent whether in London or Dublin. High quality.Reasonable value. Their Chocolate Bombe dessert is tops!
We love the atmosphere at the Ivy for lunch. Good food at a reasonable price. Very attentive and pleasant staff.
I was disappointed with the service. I brought my friend out for dinner to celebrate a special occasion and I have to say the service was surprisingly poor. I felt we were ignored for most of our dining experience. As an example, when we asked for the bill, it was given to us and we were then ignored for over 15 mins until we finally managed to call a waiter over to us. This was at the end of the night when most tables had cleared out, the staff seemed to be preoccupied with getting the tables ready for the next day, rather than dealing with the customers they currently had.
I can’t say I would be eager to return any time soon.
congratulations to the chefs because the food was fabulous
Totally would recommend it, but maybe in a less busier day (not the weekend) - it was packed, so the food/drinks from the afternoon tea arrived quite late (aprox. 1h). But it was delicious and worth the wait. And, of course, the setting itself is spectacular, so it's worth the reservation :)
Amazing venue, great service but afternoon tea needs better organisation.
Birthday lunch, brought out a special dessert for me 🥰
Once again fantastic food with fabulous atmosphere. Can highly recommend the eggs benedict just amazing
Will back again soon.
Lovely brunch and great service and ambience for a Sunday late morning!
