The Ivy Asia Chelsea
You’ll find a menu as rich and varied as the diverse cultures that span the vast continent of Asia, with vegetarian and plant-based options to suit all tastes.
On arrival, diners will be met by the now synonymous, luminous green onyx flooring, as well as beautiful and striking artworks, luxurious Asian fabrics, colourful wallpapers and antiques situated throughout the elegant yet vibrant space. Alongside the main restaurant and bar, guests will also be able to enjoy a sushi bar seating four guests, as well as a majestic tree designed by Tony Marklew.
Amazing food, good prices, great service and great atmosphere!
The St. Paul’s venue is much better though!
Impeccable service and delicious food beautifully presented. Leave some space for the desert, we shared the Orchid, it was delicious and beautifully presented.
We had a great lunch and Daisy was great too.
Food delicious service great but music too loud to hold a conversation with a table of 6
2nd wedding anniversary meal
Overall good with the exception of the fact they got our order WRONG!!
I think the tables are far too close together for level of restaurant. If you want to avoid that the St Paul's one is a better choice. However the service was impeccable and the food is great.
Was not allowed to order deserts on a birthday meal because we reached table limit time and was literally getting kicked out! Is it our fault the service is slower than usual?
Found my new favourite restaurant in my neighborhood.
Amazing tasty vegan food. With lots of options.
Beautiful decor, lots of attention from the staffs
Great food, fun environment and amazing service from our server, Ana - highly recommended!
Ambiance and vibe fabulous. Floor is AMAZING! Waitress and floor Manager very good indeed! Food...ordered the lunch stack each (two) one would have been plenty...Tempura & Dumplings not good! Table next ordered from main menu and looked good. We gave feedback to floor manager & bill modified accordingly! will go back happily but not for Tempura or Dumplings - over battered and greasy. Table next to us had same and agreed. Hopefully feedback taken onboard by kitchen.
Had the lunch stack, it was a bit too much fried food
The ambient is nice but a little bit too noisy.
The food was average but not amazing.
Is worth it to try but I am not sure if it is worth it to come back.
Thoroughly enjoyed evening food, service, ambience all great until we were told we only had our table till 9 pm. Our booking was for 2 hrs 7.30-9.30 and are waiter apologised. We then had he general manager offer us our dessert and a glass of wine free of charge at the bar they obviously needed the table. We declined the offer and it was a very disappointing end to the evening.
Customer service not well trained, not silver service, was expecting better
The food was not fresh but pre prepared. It came on the table 1 minute after ordering it. The asparagus was yellow and over cooked , the sea bass dry and nearly cold. The vodka gimlet had more syrup than vodka. Totally shocked as I am not used to this from a caprice restaurant chain especially with Ivy Chelsea next door which is absolutely delicious with amazing food.
The service was excellent as we had the right waitress Norin I expected grand as St Paul’s branch but is not as fantastic ambiance also idiotic music with live dj but sounds like Chelsea market but does not go with the he food. The starters is getting boring now they need to add fun to the menu after you been a few times it is kind of the same. Definitely prefer St Paul’s branch as it felt claustrophobic and to many tables for a small space. The Ivy next door is much better atmosphere.
Food was mazing. Staff was attentive
Love the food it’s been my third time eating at the ivy asia
Amazing place, it ticks all the box, Ambience, food and service.
This restaurant's ambience is fantastic, and it's a venue for a special occasion. Our waiter Max was so helpful in every way. I love sampling new food.
Amazing setting and outstanding food and cocktails. Need I say more!
The food and ambience was amazing but service was rather poor. They messed up our order more than once and didn’t bother bringing the correct one. Kind of put a damper on the evening
We loved the experience. Thai green curry cocktail and the bonsai in food was our fav. Tempura was a bit too oily to be honest everything else was amazing. Service was great and we loved the musik of dj.
Amazing decor, amazing food, and above all amazing team headed up by Max (manger).
Our entire family has agreed we Will never go anywhere else for pan-Asian cuisine.
Move over Nobu and Hakkasan, there is a new number 1 in town.
Love love love this place!
Staff are slow and inattentive, front of house was extremely rude. Shame as food and ambience was lovely.
The Ivy Asia was thee most amazing place! The decor was out of this world the most insta worthy place to be. The food was even better and the service was impeccable. Our server Daisy was amazing. We were up for the weekend from Glasgow and I genuinely cannot wait to come back 💘
food was good, but service was poor. waiter was unable to remember or hear anything that was being said. he would forget seconds after each order and threw away the bottle top for a sparkling water which would allow the water to be flat. i had a better experience at IVY st. paul's. more professional and better selection of food.
Our first visit. I found the decor very blingy with the illuminated green floor. Service was good but it would have been better if the same person/s had served us throughout the service. As it was, we were served by at least 5 different persons over the course of our 2 hours there. The Bonsai starter was very good, but its presentation, on an enormous, heavy and very high cylindrical tray with an artificial bonsai tree on top was OTT, filling the entire table with very little space for our plates and glasses. I am sure there are many that this style of presentation will appeal to, so it's a matter of taste. Most of the dishes were executed well and generally tasty. Drinks were average. It was very noisy (5pm on a Friday) so better suited to a group booking than a couple looking for a quiet meal. Overall, not bad and definitely will suit some people more than others owing to its blingy decor.
The counter is the best seat in the house. Amazing food - best sushi in London
We love the Ivy so much and the time before the last time we went to Ivy Asia it was amazing, but this time my food came about 20 minutes before my friends, so we ate at different times which was unfortunate and a bit awkward!
It was absolutely wonderful staff food atmosphere was perfect will definitely go back xx
First visit, absolutely loved and obsessed over the interior decor. Meted and greeted by a friendly team on the door. Staff inside seemed a bit rushed, drinks order took a while, other than that we thought it was good value and most importantly, very tasty.
What an interior! Great atmosphere, super fun and buzzing. Food great too
Great Atmosphere! Amazing Food! Great staff! Beautiful decor! Local neighbourhood gem!
The decor is fun, the staff were friendly but for them to not bring the wine to the table until after the first courses had been cleared and the main courses served was pretty terrible. One of our starters arrived after our main course had finished. Our waiter was charming and we felt for her being the one on the front line of such disorganisation.
The food was good not amazing. Focus seemed to be on quirky cool presentation, I would have thought flavour/food itself would be more important
We absolutely loved it, the staff were very helpful and very informative about the menu and we did have some cocktails and they were very unusual and nice
Very delicious mixed asian food, very beautifully served. Atmosphere is very relaxing and service was better than few weeks ago.
