   Senior/ manager were rude and service was very slow. Some new staffs were nice. Food wasn’t that great. Like the dips and chips. Meat was so dry and unseasoned. We didn’t even had a single piece. Cocktails were refreshing but wasn’t great.

   Bad service, didnt receive our first bottomless drinks until 30 minutes after the package started. Forgot to give us our meat selection & didnt notify us that the ‘2 hour package’ finished 10 minutes prior as we weren’t allowed to order anymore drinks. Although the negatives, it was a beautiful seating area and atmosphere.

   Came for bottomless brunch for a 2 hour seating but we didn’t even get attended to until 30 mins after being seated. Also didn’t get attended to 30 mins before our seating ended. They seem really unorganised and staff need training on customer service

   A somewhat disappointing experience. When we arrived and tried to place an order for drinks off the Grazy Days Menu the bartender gave us, just looked at us blankly when we asked for the drinks we would like, walked away, talked to a colleague and came back and said, 'erm no I can't do that one'. He then thrust another menu at us, no politeness, no pleasantries and so we ordered and it was as though it was all just too much effort. The second time at the bar, I ordered my friend and I a drink each and after 15mins of waiting, she went to order another drink of prosecco which was handed to her. There was no sign of the cocktails we ordered 15mins before and after over 20mins they arrived. When the food arrived, both the calamari and chips were cold so we sent them back. Luckily we did then receive hot food, but it just not good enough to get completely cold food served. The general attitude of the staff isn't very friendly unfortunately. We have been to this brunch before and the standard was definitely much better. We won't be returning any time soon...

   Went to the grazy day brunch, was not worth it, had to wait for drinks, management or lady in black making the drinks was a weirdo just stood there talking, they make purposely make you wait, as it wasn’t busy at all, table staff were fantastic though felt sorry for them, they seemed embarrassed that we were sitting there with empty glasses, food was poor, would avoid this place shame!

   Spent a lot of our afternoon waiting…. Waiting to be checked in even with a booking or waiting at the bar, our waitress was great but not enough and very inexperienced bar staff, took up to 25 mins to get drinks….Also food was average, no where near as good as last time I was there….

    Overall atmosphere was good. Drinks seems really sugary and rushed? The food quantity was poor, for example we had 8 people, and each had 1 lamb chop each haha, not sure what the brunch means in bottomless brunch ??. Prawns never came out. Food definitely a minus one out of ten.

    Very disappointing, have been 3 times before and have always had a great experience - leaving great reviews accordingly. Unfortunately standards have dropped and customer service was terrible along with food. Lines for the bar were at least a 10-15 min wait. We received our food an hour and a half into our two hour package and cold. The manager looking guy was literally tossing the food onto the table and not even trying to be polite or even offering some kind of hospitality. The young blonde male behind the bar was fabulous, offered great service, was fast in getting through orders and to be frank the only nice part about the whole experience.

    Was a great afternoon, only issue was two of our five dishes came out and there were only two bar staff on at one point, we did bring this to the attention of the staff and ended up getting all other dishes after the package had ended. Other than that all was great

    Our group did not receive one of the food courses that was meant to be included in the Grazy Days Sunday set menu. The table service was not friendly and the bar staff were incredibly slow at making and serving drinks, so we spent more time in the line for the bar than we did enjoying our time at the table. At times, the music was too loud and there didn't appear to be a dress code for patrons. There is no cheaper package option for guests opting for non-alcoholic drinks and the bar staff did not know how to make any mocktails. There was not enough glass carafes available so the cocktail jugs were not available to order after only 1 hour into our booking time, which severely limited the drink options that were meant to be offered in the Grazy Days package. I will not be recommending the Island Rooftop to anyone.

    Amazing price for what is provided. Drinks and food were great. Only criticism I can add is majority of the glasses weren’t washed properly and it seemed understaffed. Also some variety in the music would be great as majority was just house music. Overall happy, will definitely recommend.

    Rainy day meant outside tables were abandoned and undercover spaces crowded. Great DJ, loud birthday/hens/bucks parties. Food variety was great. Unfortunately we had to keep asking for the food we'd ordered, special dietary requests specified on arrival, and the bowl of chips had a curly black hair on the chips. Drinks were amazing, free flowing and table service.

    Value for money was exceptional. $69 for 2 hours of a good selection of shared cocktails, tap beverages and wine. Food was also very tasty - especially the Lamb Cutlets. Would recommend and definitely will be back!

    Loved it! Our expectations were exceeded in all aspects. The venue is fun and DJ's vibrant. I'll remember sunscreen next time! Food is exceptional and so much of it. Delicious. Thank you to Nia from Slovenia who made the most delicious fruit punch carafes and made me smile. Thank you to Emily for taking my booking and answering my million questions. We will certainly be back once I recover from this one. Perfect location for a celebration of any kind or just a weekend away with friends. :) :)

    Food was good, service was very poor. Staff were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Bar ran out of jugs, fruit we had to clear our own table. First jug of drink had a fly in it and when we asked to get a new one it took at least 20 minutes to get one. Staff were using their bare hands to scoop fruit into drinks, very unhygienic.     The grazy days package is obviously very popular, and the staff were flat out making drinks, bringing out food and taking peoples orders, but the ordering system was a little flawed to say the least. There weren’t any clear lines, but the staff tried to keep everyone under control as best they could. The food and drinks were delicious, and I’ll definitely be back.

    Don't book there - they booked our 12pm table of 10 for the 2 hours Grazy Dayz package in the middle of the full blown midday sun without any shade and insisted we sit there. Only after having to be pretty much a Karen, did they listen and find us a table that was shaded. They didn't honour their advice over the phone that a gluten free option would be provided. Not to mention the hassles with making the booking on this website and contradicting information over the phone. Really, really bad customer service.

    Got seated in the direct sunlight on such a hot day and asked multiple staff, could we have an umbrella this isnt safe drinking in direct burning sunlight for 2 hours, as well as getting sunburn. All staff just said “sorry, no umbrellas” no solutions, no nothing. Took getting the duty manager to come and and accomdate us. By the time we got down stairs and reseated multiple people were already sunburnt

    I went with 2 of my friends and we all had a great time. The service was super fast so we were able to get plenty of drinks in the 2 hour package and there were a lot of drink options which often there isn't in a bottomless brunch. The Grazy Days food was plentiful and delish. The music was loud but not so much that you couldn't hear each other speak. It was a great, fun, summer vibe and I would definitely come here again. Definitely give this a go if you are in the Gold Coast.
