   Service was so so, we ordered a drink which had to be sent back and even after waiting 1/2 for the second drink it was still made wrong I've been there a couple of times before and after this experience I won't be coming back 🤨

   Amazing food and ambience and an interesting menu. The smoked brisket is delicious. When it's full it's very noisy but bearable. The service was a little too attentive - we did feel a bit like we were being interrupted too frequently - but I'd rather have too much attention servicewise than too little. Overall a big thumbs up.

   It is a charming restaurant and the staff are friendly and very experienced. Love the music and the ambiance. Would go there again and so easy to get to via the light rail.

   Minimal options on the menu. Almost all egg meals. Not enough sweet options. Overpriced. Coffee was nice. Variety of food options is needed and lower the prices.

    When I went to service desk to inform my appointment, the lady who greeted, made me very uncomfortable. The way what she showed welcoming customer was not appropriate, however the lady who took an order was kind. Coffee was served not hot enough, but the art was fantastic! I do not willing to go back myself unless someone particulary ask to go this cafe for brunch. It was not good experience.

    The pancakes were cheap, plastic packet mix. They were cold when served to us and tasted awful. The yogurt does not go at all and the fruit looked like it came out of a can. The venue is over packed so they can make as much money as possible. Don't waste your money here.

    The restaurant was very full so naturally noisy. The waitresses were quite inexperienced, didn't know what a Campari Soda was. Food was excellent I had the crusted lamb with a side of pumpkin. Overall an enjoyable lunch. Mark

    The table service was odd. The waitress and others putting food and drinks on the table seemed very inexperienced as thought it was their first hospitality job. The waitress made numerous mistakes and the whole affair seemed messy and uncoordinated. The food servings were so small. Given the price for each dish, especially the vega options, you'd expect a decent serving. We ordered mains to share, equivalent of 1.5x dishes per person and we were still so hungry afterward. The cocktails were very amateur, overpriced and inaccurately measured. The music of the venue was also odd and did not fit the vibe of the restaurant. The different glass and plate ware type theme is done poorly, drastically missing the obvious mission as a quirky dining and more so landing on tacky and cheap. On the bright side, the booth seats were comfortable and the lighting was a good level of ambience whilst still being bale to read the menu

    Totally overrated, too busy, and poor value for money. Booking was easy via OpenTable, we were seated quickly and coffee order was taken after a couple of minutes but service overall lacked welcome and warmth. My flat white tasted burnt, husband's 'sticky' chai needed honey as it had no sweetness. Honey came out, no spoon to stir it with. Food was really underwhelming. Ordered the toasted muffin with shaved Serrano ham, asparagus, roasted tomatoes, eggs and grated manchego cheese. Poached eggs were overcooked which made the whole dish totally dry and the muffin tasted of frying grease. The Croque Madame had a smidge of sauce on the inside which made it basically a toasted sandwich with a fried egg on top. We were so disappointed we went and stopped at another cafe for a decent cup of coffee and great service. Won't be back.

    Good spot for a quick breakfast opposite QVB in George Street,they do love to get you in and out quickly,fast and friendly service,nice retro fit out,food and coffee was good,I would make a reservation it was very busy on the weekend

    Wonderful venue for group or intimate dining. Great atmosphere, quirky and interesting decor. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were very courteous, approachable & accommodating - customer focused. I would absolutely come here again. The only drawback were lack of bathroom facilities - out into the main complex, out towards the street, down an escalator, down a corridor to public loos - not good for anyone with mobility or other personal issues.

    This place is certainly unique and quirky! It kind of has a Harry Potter feel to it. The way it is decorated and the ambience is fantastic. Had to book as extremely popular. Service was great and we received our meals very quickly. We will be back!

    Best thing about this restaurant are the staff - friendly, respectful and all have great customer skills. The food was rather delish and the drinks were refreshing even though we didn't have any wine or so. Located in the heart of the city, across the road from the Town Hall and the QVB.

    Amazingly beautiful place! Great decor and service. You could easily hang there for hours! Menu is great, although was a little disappointed in the food, i think i had very high expectations! and the coffee was not hot. The staff were very helpful and friendly! I definitely recommending booking in advanced, but you can only book during business hours as you can't contact the venue directly.
