Booked to eat here for my mums birthday ended up leaving after 15mins of waiting for a staff member to come seat us and was told to find our own seats. The atmosphere looked like a nightclub, was filled with maybe 18-19 year olds yelling and screaming. Didn't even get through the door!

We booked a table through opentable, but instead of getting a booked table in the dining area.. they put my pregnant wife and 3yo child in what felt like a sports bar area. They didn't even have a table for us. Very disappointing...

i wanted to have a nice dinner to have some time with my boyfriend but the music was way too loud, i couldn’t talk or hear him. just makes me think about how other people would feel if they went to have a nice meal and then couldn’t hear eachother. on top of this the burgers are too big and not logical. the chicken is way too hot to serve to people. quite unimpressed with this restaurant.

Mac & cheese was terrible though the waffles & chicken was the worst the chicken was super sweet without any maple syrup on it so had to be the chicken just couldn't eat it. Staff didn't wonder when collecting the plates must be normal to be left uneaten. The burgers are great the add on fries are a super small amount literally 6 small chips for $3 wow!!

Our wings were incredibly burnt (not only that they werent the correct order of wings) we waited over 20min for entrees (no wonder they were burnt). Burgers were very average.

We booked an outside table for 9. The table was not ready and not outside when we got there. There was 1 waiter at the time which we understand was due to the floods/low staff. The staff that was there were lovely!

Burgers were good but the nacho fries were terrible and the drinks we couldn’t even finish as well. Two cocktails both burnt my throat and made me want to gag. After telling the waiters that decided to stand there and just watch they had no alternative to fixing any of the food/drinks even though they knew we couldn’t bare to finish it.. waste of money completely

Due to Covid some items were not available unfortunately. The food available was extremely decadent - as is their whole menu! Burgers were very oily though. I had the BIGGIE and the buns disintegrated virtually straight away trying to hold it under the weight of all the toppings and liquid (sauces and oils). Probably suggest toasting the buns a bit more for the BIGGIE, otherwise it was impossible to eat with your hands (I had to request a fork and knife to complete). Would highly recommend the Loaded chilli fries. We loved them!

Was looking forward to dining at the Goodbar. Looked good and sounded good. Understand things are a bit weird with COVID etc but… Reservation was for 6.30. Went to order drinks at the bar 5 mins later. Stood at the bar and was served at 7.05. Had drink and left. Weren’t getting anymore of my money. One girl behind bar. No organisation. People everywhere without masks. Cue jumpers. Reserved tables being taken by walk ins. Disappointing and walked away.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Minimal service, at one stage I was told to "go find someone else to ask" when i was at the bar. Food was very average, ribs and salads were good but the wings and brisket were bland and overcooked. Will not be returning.

Had booked a table and we were waiting to be seated. The hostess took ages, looked at us then started to clean a table, then walked to go talk to the girl at the bar, then finally walks over to us. Takes us to our table and left. She didn’t offer us water or a menu and didn’t even bother to tell us how to order. The noise level was through the roof, we couldn’t hear ourselves talk to one another. We were so uncomfortable that we left.
