After winning all our hearts during his stint on Masterchef, Khanh Ong has found a new home at The George (& we’re a little bit excited). As a partner in the business and host with the most, he’s excited to work alongside head chef Quim Hernandez to bring fresh menus and ideas to the venue, making it a place where people come together to enjoy the best things in life: great food, drinks, company, music, laughter and service.

From millionaire eggplant to Mum’s pork belly, you’ll be spoiled for choice with Khanh’s new lunch and dinner menu – it’s all fresh, fragrant and packed with authentic Vietnamese flavours. Perfect for an after-work bite, catch up with mates or family dins (without the cooking OR washing up).

Located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD on the Paris end of Collins St, The George on Collins is a popular destination for any occasion.

Food was so fresh and delicious and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Loved the vibe. Was packed at the bar but so nice and quiet in our little booth. Would definitely recommend!

There were two of us for lunch and we were happy to have the feed me option. Because we only went vego, we were given a good deal on the food. Everything was delicious, a good amount of food for lunch and sitting in a booth meant we could easily chat and have a glass of wine.

The gnocchi was under cooked the steak was fatty and the messed up our drinks order. The fish had alot of chili and corrianda which meant you couldn't taste the fish.

Great service and food, but it was just a bit too noisy for dinner on a Friday night
