Always an amazing day eating by the firepit!...Manager, Chris, our wonderful waiter and can't forget the "fire starter" boy, Tucker. Love this place and will have to try night skiing along with dinner😁 when there's snow!

Food was delicious, our steak and burger were cooked to perfection! It was so peaceful outside by our own fire. Tables/fire pits were distanced enough to feel safe and felt private even though all of the other tables had guests. Definitely going back!!

We had reservations, were seated and our fire pit was lit. There was a large party also happening, but no other guests besides our family. We waited for over 30 minutes and not a single server came to our table. No one even stopped by to let us know the bar was busy due to the party and that they would be with us shortly. When we tried to flag down a server, she made eye contact and continued to clear off the table she was cleaning and then walked away. We got up and left. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not be back.

This is as our first time dining indoors at Fire on the Ridge. Really nice atmosphere inside. Quiet, socially spaced and nicely decorated. The food hasn’t disappointed me yet, this was our third visit. We will be back!

The food was delicious. Steak was tender and sitting by the fire pits was such a great unwinding experience. A fun dinning experience. Spike hot chocolate by the pit was a perfect way to end the night. Will definitely be returning.

Loved loved the fire pit experience but for the second time in three weeks, the music was too loud. Just please tone it down so we can hear each other speak across the fire pit. Everything else is great

Love this concept of eating around a fire pit - the place was busy and appeared to be short staffed. The food was really good. Our fire was not...we felt bad for the gentleman trying to help keep our fire going but it just wasn’t happening - the wood wasn’t great and it was probably a bit wet from the prior day’s rain. We could have had a better fire at home and saved money. They need to invest in better wood, and if it’s a chilly night they should start fires earlier then when people show up. Otherwise, nice environment.

Our waitress was very attentive. It takes some time when you order because the servers have to go inside and outside, so you need to be patient. The food was good. Our area was not quite set up when we got there, but the staff was accommodating and worked hard to make sure we were enjoying the evening.

Nice setting. Took a while for someone to start fire. For some reason they were starting them at empty tables. Food was OK. Used to have great hamburgers. The one I had was just OK.

Pricier than we expected. Food was not hot enough. Imagine 4 marshmallows, 4 pieces of a Hershey bar, 4 bamboo sticks, and 8 graham cracker halves for $15! Fire was well tended and music by JC/DC was great.

Very unorganized. Took awhile to get seated at the fire pits , waitress was ok but any issues we had she just left and didn’t do anything to fix them. I think the problem is that the staff is very thin and they are running around like a chicken with its head cutoff. I issue we had was we bought s’mores for 4 people 15dollars crazy price and they gave us little sticks so we couldn’t use them the fire was way to hot to get close to so that went to waste. We told the waitress and she just turned and walked away , long story short I would recommend trying it it’s tough times for any restaurant business so being the first year trying this I hope it can only get better

Great pandemic dining out experience! Live music on Sat was nice ambience without being overbearing. Fire pit attendants kept the pit blazing. Food was great and service was also very good. There was a wedding going on down the hill but it was far enough away to not be disturbing to conversation. We will be back again!

Fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, not a great band, but the atmosphere of what they had set up more than made up for that. Plan to come back with kids since it's the perfect spot for them to be able to run around a bit without bothering others.
