My new favorite place! It was an amazing experience from the minute we walked in... to the minute we left. When booking, we informed them it was our wedding anniversary not thinking much of it. The wait from check in was under 2 minutes, everything was clean, socially distanced and sanitizing stations every few feet. Love that they have the touch less menus as well. We were offered indoor & outdoor seating... we chose outdoor and we so glad we did! The ambiance was chill and we were so warm with all the outdoor heaters and tabletops. Our waitress gave us complimentary champagne and wished us a happy anniversary. The drinks were great and quickly made. The food was delightful and quickly brought out.

Definitely recommend to everyone and definitely coming back again

Amazing food, drinks, and service!!

It was wonderful! A bit difficult at first to find, because the address takes you to the main Marriott entrance.

It was a nice atmosphere. The food was good. The view from the rooftop were awesome. The prices were very fair. I would recommend it.

One of the nicest and most unique places to spend a nice evening in Lancaster! Despite the cool and cloudy weather, my date and I really enjoyed ourselves here for dinner! The setting with its great views is unlike any other in town and the fresh air and fire tables made for a very fun experience. The food and drinks were all excellent and we'll definitely be back, hopefully on a night to catch a great sunset!

Great place to celebrate a special occasion. We enjoyed the view of the setting sun over Lancaster with awesome cocktails and some lite fare. While the air was cool, the outdoor fireplaces provided a cozy atmosphere as the sunset ensued.

Our table shared the spicy salami pie and fries with cocktails: Perfect Pear, Winter Sangria, and the Notorious F.I G. (and a Hegemony Stout).
We recommend all of it and would do this again.

Beautiful atmosphere. As expected it was a little chilly but the heaters were on and it was wonderful to go to a place that we felt safe from the pandemic and in compliance with the governor's restrictions but still able to serve food and drink

I was attracted to this place by it’s online pictures. The ambiance did not disappoint. It is beautiful!! Unfortunately we went on one of the coldest days this winter and they weren’t equipped to keep their patio heaters continuously on. Our heater shut off several times and after calling staff over each time it shut off, it was more than obvious they were annoyed by us. Finally we decided to just take our food to go since the heaters wouldn’t stay on so we asked for some to go boxes. We were handed 2 boxes to jam everyone’s food into and no bags. I was truly looking forward to this place but was just so disappointed with the service.

Although it was well below freezing... we had a great time at The Exchange and we were so happy they were still open for outdoor dining! The staff was welcoming and considerate of getting orders out as quickly as possible. The atmosphere was beautiful and they did their best to keep the outdoor area warm for guests! The food was incredible. We would love to come back anytime we’re in town!

We were thankful they are still able to offer outdoor dining on their beautiful rooftop (in the pandemic restrictions), though it was chilly and the table fire pit was malfunctioning. However, their food is delicious and the drinks are inventive and sophisticated. The food came out at different times, so some of us had to wait and watch the others eat. I think they were doing the best they could, trying to serve the food as hot as possible, given the cool temps. We love this venue (the views are amazing).

Wonderful place. The team did a great job of shifting things since it was the first day of no inside dining’. The outdoor space is beautiful, warm, and inviting with
spectacular views of the city. Drinks and food were unique and delicious. We did a sampling of 3 plates and there was more than enough to share. The Brussels sprouts stole the show. Friendly and attentive service.
If you are in the area don’t miss this restaurant.

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated to a relaxing attentive dining experience. Outside was breezy but worth the view. Drinks large and well mixed. Limited menu done well. Appetizer salad could have been a meal in itself. Fantastic burger, shoestring fries and a scrumptious dessert. Next time I’ll try the brick oven pizza. Service,food,and view all excellent.

The three pizza my table ordered were over priced, burned, and raw on the inside. I bit into a charred slice to be greeted by raw dough. We mentioned it to the waitress only to not have anything amended. I will never be returning here. There are much better restaurants in town for much cheaper prices. Don’t waste your money.

The bar was beautiful and the view was breath taking. The drinks were very good and the hostess was very nice. However our sever messed up our drink order, didn’t check on us a lot and she messed up our bill. Her mood seemed off like she was annoyed or upset with us.

A guy was harassing my friends and I- the bartenders picked right up on it and totally had our back- this alone is a reason that will keep us coming back!

Well spaced tables, lovely waitperson and good food. My short rib pie was short on short rib and long on crust, but overall, we were pleased. Even in lousy weather, great views

We sat indoors because it was too windy outside and the heaters did not stay lit. We had a wonderful lunch inside. The seating was cozy and comfortable. The food and service was great! Thank you!

Everything was incredibly awesome except one of the fir pits wasn’t working and it just happened to be the one I was sitting on. Still highly recommend.

Made a reservation for a table for 4 and got a couch, coffee table and 2 backless low stools. And no heater near by. Left and went to C’est la vi for a terrific meal!!

We just wanted to get out in the pandemic. It felt very safe.

This was a birthday celebration for a dear friend. We sat by a window to overlook the beautifully lit church steeple. The service staff was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Drinks, appetizers and dinner all perfect. Thank you for being open, love the decor!!!

Awesome view of the city from inside and outside dining areas. Great food, drinks and service. Certainly not your typical hotel dining. Been several times and they keep the menu fresh.

Our server was amazing, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was great.

Food and drinks were excellent.Nice Ambience. I just wish they have more options on the menu for food and drinks. Also lighting is dark for some tables

We really enjoyed our visit. Everyone was very accommodating. When we arrived there was no table outside but one became available later and they moved us out to the outside which was great I would come back.

Favorite restaurant! Amazing view.

It was a great evening despite the loud celebration in the streets and the horns beeping. We could hardly hear ourselves talk.

Ryan is the BEST Bartender , we’ve had him for years. Always pleasant, courteous and tremendous service !!

Lovely roof top bar with a great view. A little pricey but felt like I was a a NYC bat.
