The wait staff were really attentive (Josh). Just one tip - the directions on The One Table app say it’s 26km from Perisher Valley Hotel ( using Apple Maps) - I nearly cancelled because of this.
Amazing food the head chef is really a magician as well as his supporting cast from the moment we were greeted everyone made it feel like an amazing special event it wasn’t just a meal it was an experience
