Delicious food and lovely atmosphere, felt like you were eating in a library, very sophisticated.
Food beautiful. Matched wine was disappointingly bland - but maybe I don't want posh wine with curry, wondered if I would have been better with beer. Service came and went early on, but the very invested sommelier and charming waiter paid special attention and made it work.
Many thanks for taking time to share your experience with us. We are happy to know our team could make your visit nice and hopefully special. Looking forward to welcoming you soon. Kind regards, The Cinnamon Club team
Delicious food. Amazing service. Can’t wait to go back!
Thank you, Hannah, for your wonderful and kind words. We are so glad you had such a nice experience at The Cinnamon Club and look forward to welcoming you soon. Best wishes, The Cinnamon Club team
Perhaps the best Indian food I have ever tasted! Superb quality, fantastic chef and a real gastronomic experience!
Dear Craig, Thank you so much for choosing the The Cinnamon Club and for sharing your experience with us. It's really important for us to make our customers feel special. Looking forward to welcoming you soon. Best wishes, Team Cinnamon Club
Hard to find fault with the food, which was well spiced and full of flavour, but wine list is nothing short of extortion, and unless you drink tap water or beer, makes it hard to come away without having paid £100 at least a head. Maybe that's expected for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it leaves a sour taste in the mouth. Service was also very perfunctory and slow. Wine left at another table, water never refilled without asking, and generally not the standard of service expected. "Could do so much better" would be the end of term school report summary, if the Cinnamon Club was a schoolboy.
Enjoyed their early dinner set menu which was great value. They gave my friend a cake, candle and card (hand written) for her birthday - nice touch! Highly recommended.
First time back to the Cinnamon Club since lock down. The person I had lunch with said at the end, "that's the most relaxed I've felt for months" and that sums it up - wonderful food (the mussels soup was a highlight), excellent service (attentive and swift) and great atmosphere. A very pleasant 90 minutes.
Very delicious food and drink. Special experience.
Nice food , pleasant atmosphere and the service is good.
Lovely food and a great top table offer .. plus they don’t add obligatory service charge for small groups which i think is a great gesture ..will be returning for sure
Visited on a Saturday night in September. Usual great experience, but restaurant was very busy and staff seemed to be struggling to cope. Service was patchy and had to ask four or five times for water and serve own wine.
Very quiet and a little bit stuffy. Overall good but will likely try Amaya or CM next time I fancy a nice Indian.
Excellent food and attentive staff. Clean and Covid safe.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Stuart! We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. Hope to see you soon again! Kinds Regards, The Cinnamon Club Team
Absolutely superb and still one of the finest Indian restaurants in London
Awesome food as always!
Thank you so much for a such special Meal for my boyfriend’s birthday. The birthday card was so lovely too.
Food amazing, great atmosphere.
Lovely attentive, helpful staff.
Nice balanced flavours & a lovely peaceful atmosphere...
The starters and mains were exceptional, however desert was disappointing by comparison as expectations had been raised. Also vegetarian main options very limited and did not come with any rice like the meat dishes, so a bit odd.
Also apparent was an inexperienced barman and waiter, but overall service was of a high standard.
I come to this place often.. Enjoyed it as always.. Waiters were kind enough to grant our special requests. Until next time...
We ordered red wine which arrived chilled, considering their extensive wine menu and the price's of the available wines I do not think this acceptable. The food was unimaginative and poorly paired. The halibut was drowned in curry sauce and very over spiced and the kingfish was simply grilled. I would not be rushing back or recommend.
Was a really wonderful evening and they made us feel special to celebrate my husbands birthday
Thank you very much for choosing us to celebrate your special occasion. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Looking forward to welcoming you soon. Best regards, Team Cinnamon Club
Don’t really waist your time, I brought my 76 year old mum for a special occasion and we were all disappointed, the place is looking very shabby and dated. Service was terrible waited 10 minutes before being seated when tables are free and we have a booking !!! After being serviced a bottle of water we didn’t get service for over 20 mins and after complaining!!! However the menu looked good when the canapés and starters came out after such a long wait we even laughed that there trying to up the game those two courses were very nice and tasty. The mains came out under cooked if not raw I had the lamb and I was told it’s rump and it’s cooked liked this !!!!!!! Shame the cut of the meat was not a good one and still undercooked. They did change the meat dish but the damage was done. The desserts were ok. This used to be one of the best Indian restaurants in town what’s happens I think Vivek has taken his eye off the ball so many better places to eat today. So sorry can’t recommend at present. Defiantly needs a refit the toilets are terrible to I thought I was back in india in 1985 !!!!
I think the main problem is the staff they just don’t seem to be organised at all
I read about the drinks being slow, and they are, also would expect wine to be poured at those prices but generally I have no other complaints.
We had to wait a wee while for our table and we were totally cool about it but they brought us a glass of champagne anyway. Great food too.. interesting influences.
Plenty of menus to choose from and the vegetarian and vegan food was interesting. The desserts were a highlight
We had a fantastic evening at The Cinnamon Club. We had the tasting menu, and every single course was absolutely delicious. Highlights were the lamb course and the venison course. Service was initially a tad slow, we waited a while to order, but once we got started it was great. It’s not cheap, but it was definitely worth it.
A welcome return to the Cinnamon Club and a relaxed meal with my wife on our anniversary. The food was a delicious and beautiful as always, service attentive and friendly. Perfect in every way. I regularly recommend to friends and colleagues.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Martyn. We appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us! We are really happy to hear that we made your special occasion for you perfect! Looking forward to see you again! Kind Regards, Team Cinnamon Club
Incredible food and service. You didn't disappoint at all.
I had my 7 year old with me and your chef was very amenable with changing the lamb dish to chicken.
Also sent out lots of little treats for Sam and my patrner and Sam were able to visit the kitchen afterwards which was a lovely touch
Thank you team
Lovely meal. Great quality and flavor. Highly recommend
Food was cold, u can tell it was a microwave food, you can taste the Chilli powder on the sauce, the rice was half cooked, what a waste of money.. I don’t know why people even bother to go there..
Your mum had a good time sucking on some tender chicken
I had been looking forward to this for sometime but unfortunately it was a massive disappointment.
The service was the biggest disappointed. I have been to other Michelin starred restaurants but the service here was way below that standard. I have experienced better service at most chain restaurants,
We constantly had to try and get the waiters attention, whether it was to order our food, drinks or additional cutlery needed - we had stated we were sharing mains but they only brought out service plates so we were waiting for several minutes before we could serve anything. They even mis-sold us some items and overcharged us - they did rectify the bill but it was rather embarrassing having to dispute this in a busy restaurant.
Food, service and atmosphere were exceptional. If there were one or two wines by the glass for under £10, I'd give 5 stars not 4.
Food was really delicious
Service was good not too intrusive
Would definitely book to go there again
Excellent food and service. Highly recommend a visit. The tasting menu is amazing and very good value.
We visited for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu. We opted to pass on the wine. The lamb course and venison course were really special. Highly recommend the espresso martini to finish!
Lovely tasting menu and also very good and interesting wine pairings with it.
Lovely meal at a beautiful restaurant. Great lunch deal
Have being going to the Cinnamon Club for some years now and can say that the lunch we had on Saterday was excellent. The best yet.
