The Boiler Room Restaurant

The land chops were tasty. However, the portion size was not great. The entree was appetizer size. Don’t order this is you are really hungry. Pita bread was extremely salty. It had great presentation.

Great experience. Food was terrific

We came here after trying out Monument Brewing. It was an interesting space with a cool design including lots of exposed brick, and all looked brand new. The small dining room area we were in was nearly full on a Saturday evening, with the bar area almost completely empty.

Service was good and fast. The food was ok. I had the mahi tacos and they were definitely missing some fresh ingredients as it was just fish, sauce, and corn/beans... no slaw or anything else. The fries were great and my husband liked his burger.

Overall everything was good. The building and set up is beautiful. Only 4 stars because the appetizers tasted like heat and serve from a box.

Everything was amazing from the staff to the food. I definitely recommend the Buffalo wontons they are really good. I will definitely go again when I am in the area.

It was a great place to eat. I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. We had 3 orders of cheese curds... Great place !!!

Great ambience and great food. The menu isn’t extensive but that translates into specialties. Everything eveyone ordered in our party of four was delicious. We had appetizers and entrees. No none got desert so can’t speak on that. The only negative comment I about waiter Mike didn’t honor social distancing. Whenever we asked him a question about a menu item, he would lean over top of me to read or point out the item on my actual menu. I kept moving back but he didn’t get the message. When I finally told him he was encroaching my space (I mean his head was 1 inch from mine) he said “but I have on my mask.” Doesn’t he know the pandemic safety rules are wear a mask AND social distance (stand at least 6 ft apart)?! Other than that, I would recommend and will be revisiting the Boiler Room.

Food was great! We sat outside under an umbrella due to a light drizzle and were one of 3 tables. Service was lackluster and we were left waiting for drink refills all night.

First I'll say that our waiter, Sven, was great! The appetizers were good but when it came time for dinner to come out things went down hill. Three of us ordered the Petit Tender but all of them came out cold. When we asked, Sven said he'd take it to be warmed up but that the temperature our steaks were requested at would memore done (ex. requested medium would come back out medium well). I said I'd like mine to still be medium but I want my food to at least be warm. In the end the food was still cold and the kitchen seemed to not want to fix it. Those three dishes were also very bland. My other family members enjoyed their food.

This restaurant is a little off the beaten path but well worth a visit. Outdoor dining area was well designed and landscaped. Food was very good with several relatively sophisticated offerings, and was reasonably priced.

Perhaps one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. Whether it was being treated rudely upon arrival or the waiters inability to know the menu or the cold food, the place was a disaster.

Outdoor seating on the patio with very attentive wait staff. The burger was standard fare with a side of fries and was good. My guest had the Mahi-Mahi tacos and was very happy with her meal. Very little noise for an outside venue.

Highly recommend. The food was great and so was the service. A hidden gem!

We had a lovely experience at this restaurant! Our party of 8 had reservations for outside but as a storm came in, the employees hurried and got us seated inside. Our waiter and the entire staff was great!

The car show was off putting. But the restaurant itself was amazing as always.

Love the peach salad and the pina coladas. The staff is great. The place is following the civic 19 guidelines.

Nice place but a bit hard to find. Also I was very impressed by the level of care they put to dining safely during the virus. Th e outdoor sitting was beautiful and the inside is very clean. Food is delicious. Staff was very caring. Would recommend.

Literally the best food in Baltimore! And I’ve been to many places in Fells and many seafood places. Best shrimp in Baltimore; the old bay onions were amazing. Mahi tacos and General Tso Bun were great meals. My only regret is that I was too full to try dessert.
Service was also great!

It is a lovely setting. What was unsettling was that our server was not wearing his mask over his mouth or nose. He had it pulled under his chin. This was consistent through the meal. We were very uncomfortable but did not feel it was our place to correct him. We saw him serve many tables with his mask this way. He might as well have not been wearing one

Sat outside at a table with umbrella. Nice light breeze, music piped outside. Social distancing in effect. Wait staff prompt and friendly. Food exactly as anticipated. Delicious! Drinks delicious! Definitely a restaurant we will visit regularly.

When we arrived there were very few people there and it was close to closing time. I called ahead a day before to confirm the kitchen would be open for our 10 pm reservation and they said as long as we were there on time the kitchen would stay open for us. I didn’t anticipate that we’d be the only one there and felt a bit bad they stayed open just for us.

But, they made us feel very welcome and didn’t seem to mind (at least outwardly) that we were keeping them there for another 45 minutes. We very much enjoyed the food and

The food was very good and drinks were made to perfection. Due to the Coronavirus there was a very limited menu of Pizzas and Sandwiches. Looking forward to visit again once they have a full menu.

The General Tso’s chicken sandwich is to die for. Can’t wait to go back again and try other things on the menu! Staff were all so nice and the outdoor seating was well spaced out and comfortable.
