The Beach Grill & Bar - The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi

The most stunning view ever. Plus a great service from staff. The place is very private. Allow you to chill and relax.

Food fantastic as was service. Location and view stunning. Drinks filled without asking and food delivered with an explanation of where it was from and how it was prepared. Lots of local produce used. Portion size perfect. Staff super friendly but not intrusive. Staff very helpful and new the menu. Staff could answer questions about menu when asked a question. In regards to service it was the best. Malaysia not usually great at service and to date most service in Malaysia poor to say the least but service at Ritz Carlton was exceptional. 5 star to be exact. We enjoyed our dinner thoroughly and will return again.

We went for our 30th anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better ambiance. We had a secluded nook overlooking the sea and enjoyed great service and delicious food. The menu is limited, perhaps because of COVID-19 but all the choices looked good. We chose the Beach Grill because they have a separate vegetarian menu. I am veg, my husband is not. And while I was happy to have choices, I didn’t think the veg dishes were quite as creative as the regular menu. Still, it was a lovely meal and the service was impeccable. They even brought us a Happy Anniversary dessert. Very thoughtful!

They need to train staff for better service for the price they are charging

Go right at sunset because the ambience is incredible. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was impeccable. We can't wait to return!

The staff, service, food were outstanding and perfect! Limited options in menu though.
Outside sitting was closed due to weather. They gave us a table with not the best view since the good view tables were already reserved and empty while we made a reservation 15days back!!

Bad infrastructure when bad weather, good service thanks to 1 person (who was an intern ..!) but bad general service from the hotel staff.

The Beach Grill and Bar is a restaurant with a beautiful view on the beach and the Ritz-Carlton properties. The service is outstanding and the food was good. On request they have a vegetarian menu. The peas risotto was good, but I am sure they have other more thrilling dishes. We even went back the next day for lunch. The great service and the atmosphere made our experience memorable.

The best meal we had in Langkawi, so good we went back twice over our stay of 5 nights. There was a separate vegetarian menu, which is a rare experience.

All service staff were great, treating us with warmth and open arms. Right from the start with the bellmen team transporting us on the buggies to Restaurant staff Raj and the team who gave their attention to guests willingly, and of course the Assistant Manager Rasman from the chinese restaurant who ran the night smoothly making us all comfortable and happy.
