This wasn’t dinner. This was an out of body experience. Take everything you think you know about food and get rid of it. Cotton candy wrapped around foie gras? Sure, what the hell. Manchego cheese in the form of foam? Certainly. Everything on this menu is unfamiliarly familiar: in the absolute best way possible. We lingered over many, many (too many) plates for the best two hours of the weekend. We rarely return to the same restaurant when in NYC because there are so many we want to try, but The Bazaar will be on the must do list for sure next trip. Overall, this was my favorite meal in a very long time, including several Michelin Starred experiences.

We came to this restaurant for special occasion (birthday) and had the tasting menu. Very quick dinner (30 minutes) and not special. Quality of food very good, but not sure why they ask for the occasion. No observance of birthday. This is the risk with hotel restaurants.

This is likely one of the best meals I’ve had anywhere in the world. The food and drinks were delicious and beyond creative. The decor ambience and service were outstanding we couldn’t have had a better experience Highly recommended especially for a group as you should try everything on the menu!

Elbow was on my bucket list long ago and I never got a chance to go. I have eaten at Jose Andres’s restaurants in DC, but it was excited to try this new spot while I was back home in New York. It didn’t disappoint. Bring your wallet, but it’s worth it.

I liked the food as it was different but it was on the pricier side. The menu was a bit sparse especially for vegetarians. It was a cool place with a nice vibe but the waiters seemed a bit pushy on ordering the tasting menu and just generally ordering more which we weren't in the mood for especially as we had just had drinks upstairs.

This place was terrific. Food and staff were on point and the ambiance and background music were fun and comfortable at the same time.
