The staff went out of the way to be accommodating and courteous and the food was great too!
Great atmosphere , stunning views from the balcony, overall a good dining experience
Excellent for romantic date, anniversary etc. The place is quiet and the view is gorgeous. The food is overpriced for the quality and amount. In the final bill they charge for 18% service fee and they give you the option to tip over that. Overall good experience but not spectacular for the amount you pay.
Best dinner with a view. Worth the visit. Limited menu but who cares? Was fairly good although service was spotty. Would go again if in the area.
The real restaurant is closed because they will soon renovate the space. Therefore, the bar space in which we dined, was very casual, and not at all the ambiance I would expect in a Conrad Hotel. However, the food was great! The cavatelli pasta with lamb sausage was outstanding and the service was wonderful! I look forward to seeing what it will look like once the restaurant is up and running. I live in the Brickell neighborhood so will definitely return!
It was amazing !! The ambiance , amazing view
Daniel our waiter was excellent . We love our dinner
Food was ok. Service and view were phenomenal
Best waiter: Daniel
Best bartender: Frank
It was my birthday and Frank made me feel like the luckiest woman in the world 🥰🥰
Flat bread pizza and smoke wings on the menu 😋
The bar at level 25 sets the bar high.
We found it to be delightfully quiet, adult and romantic .
The food and the service was spot on .
Add to that a spectacular view of Biscayne Bay and Dodge Island seaport.
Lvl 25 is highly recommended
Really good food.
We really had a good time!
Nice view at night.
We went to this restaurant while on vacation. Arrived on time with no Host to seat us. Had to find someone to bring us to our table. The waiter was great, helpful and professional. Food was good. Relaxing atmosphere. Later that evening I received a message that I was a NoShow at this restaurant. So, the Manager and Host never logged us in even after finding the reservation and calling us by name. Open Table immediately reversed this error once I sent them an email with the servers name, ticket number, table number, amount we paid and time. Great service from Open Table. I enjoyed the restaurant once I was seated, so I would go back.
Great View, Great Time, Great service and courtesy among the staff, romantic view
This was a buffet. Not what was expected
Excellent service and view!!! A place that I would highly recommend!!!
Good food and a fantastic view!
Website is misleading. Made reservations for atrio but it was changed to the bar. Atrio (the restaurant)is closed for dinner.
Some of the food was amazing (salmon was awesome), some was just ok, had an appetizer come out really cold. The service was quite slow, and the restaurant was probably half full, so all in all a pretty "meh," experience, especially for the price.
The food was average for the price . The service was poor . Overall, one star experience.
The lunch menu was uninspiring. I recall much more interesting options when I visited a few years ago when it was the Atrio. The indoor restaurant was empty, but we were seated at a table which was next to a table that hadn't been bussed and our table didn't have a complete set of utensils. Service was extremely informal. I've had better veggie burgers, especially for the price, but I am assuming the main appeal of this location is the view and not the food. Perhaps it is a good place to go to in the evenings for a drink.
Very slow service. Mediocre food. Not recommended.
The view and service are always outstanding. The food never disappoints we actually went with the Miami Spice menu this time, it was great.
Omg! Everything about lvl 25 was on! The menu choices were excellent (even for vegetarians). The menu items were creative, tasty and the presentation was the most! I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a line to get in. People must not know about this place. It’s beautiful inside and the service was absolutely excellent!
We've been here several times, mostly to take out of towners to see the sunset. Food looks great, but lately it tastes pretty lackluster and monotone, and seems to be missing something to brighten it up. Food has also always been slow to come out of the kitchen. They've now pretty much closed the actual dining room due to lack of clientele (I didn't know that when I booked), and the bar lacks ambiance for the prices they charge. It reminds me of an airport bar, and not a "nice" one. It's an atrium, which means that whenever some one moves their seat, the metal chairs screech against the floors and the sound is amplified and echos throughout the room. It's less pleasant than it sounds. If they weren't in the hotel, they would have closed long ago. That being said, the sunsets are pretty great from here. If I didn't have to pay $12 to valet, I'd probably come more often to sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Now that the dining room is closed, I don't see us ever returning.
The food and service were both delightful. We enjoyed the experience!
They had a wedding at the same time that we dined. While the service was great, the setting was compromised.
Only people in the restaurant which tells you something
Great, great, food so good. Had an awesome experience
The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t incredible. It was very quiet and mostly people that were staying on the hotel. The balcony you could smoke on so we had to go back inside because everyone was smoking at the same time. And also the food took sort of long. Overall it was nice enough to try only ONCE.
I would not recommend this restaurant.
An absolute disgrace.
No more business lunch menu, very expensive now and poor quality food with very long wait.
Service is only thing that got this to three stars. Our server Daniel was excellent. The food, however, was mediocre at best. We have been here before and are generally underwhelmed, but it was even worse this time. The portions were smaller than normal, which were already tiny, yet the quality of food was still lacking. The red snapper did not taste fresh. For what you pay for the food, I expect a LOT better. The only reason we keep eating here is because we stay at this hotel often, and will generally eat there on our first night when we check in because we’re too tired to go anywhere else. I keep hoping they improve, but they never do. I do NOT recommend going out of your way to eat here. If you’re staying at the hotel, take a short walk in any direction and you will find much better dining experiences.
only 2 tables were occupied, service was horrible, slow, food took over an hour to prepare
A completely disaster. They were closed but they accepted my reservation. They improvised with everything.
I the restaurant was really nice, it was just awkward that there was a wedding going on 6ft away from us. It felt like people were hovering over us, everyone standing, drinking and dancing and we trying to enjoy our meal. Food wise - the burger, which is not in the menu is really good and flavorful and so are the fries. Also the chicken with the risotto is really good! I'd love to come back but without an event happening next to me.
Very disappointed by the quality of the food
Definitely not worth the uncredible prices
Located on the 25th floor of the Conrad is a must stop for a cocktail while taking in the views.
After sipping cocktails and snapping a few scenic pictures we sat down for dinner. Had an amazing table with view of the sunset.
Our server was quite knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive. The cuisine was reasonably priced for what you get.
If you're visiting the area definitely stop by for a cocktail and the views.
Server was courteous and patient as I was dining with a rather picky eater (5 years old!). Ambiance and mood on point. Food the highlight of course.
Atrio has just gotten a new chef and will improve. Lighting was distracting as lights kept dimming and getting brighter all night. This will be fixed next week. Enrique was a terrific server, but ambience left something to be desired. Views not as advertised because restaurant not on bay side. I do think this restaurant is in a transition phase and probably will improve.
