Delicious food
Food was delicious and waitress was great.
We really liked the ambience and my date loved the duck! We definitely will be coming back.
I appreciate the restaurant’s hospitality and patience while my guest arrived 15 min before the kitchen closed.
Still they did not cease to amaze me. The food was amazing!
A perfect place for a great meal, the food is outstanding. We loved the ambiance, food to remember!
Best Thai food I’ve had in as long as I can remember. And I eat a lot of Thai. Big win to have found Thai 72. I will be back!
We loved it! Great atmosphere, delicious food with lots to choose from!
The food was great—lots of variety and good prices. The drinks weren’t great..my friend sent her drink back twice because it wasn’t made correctly. I’d say stick to simple drinks or wine!
The food was delicious. It was a little noisier than we would have liked. But, every table was full, so I suppose it was to be expected. Would definitely go back.
It was a very good experience: great food and service. The place is a bit tiny and tables are very close one each other. Great value though
I had a wonderful experience. The food and staff are very friendly and food was absolutely delicious. I plan to return in the very near future and try more thing off the menu.
Nice little spot serving tasty food. Only downside was the noise level, I would recommend this place on weekdays. You should definitely give it a shot. Cheers!
Subpar overly sweet Thai food. Nice ambiance but staff lacks training. The whole experience felt Very sterile. Our entree’s came while we were still eating the appetizers and there wasn’t enough room on the table. One of the main dishes was cold and had to be redone which resulted in my wife eating for 15 min while I sat there with no food. Waitress didn’t apologize and never checked on us. Definitely would not return here.
Nice place. I would come again. Nice place. I would come again. Nice place. I would come again. Nice place. I would come again.
The restaurant is conveniently located and the food is very good. If you are near the area, I would highly recommend. The ambiance is just right too!!!
Excellent atmosphere. Fast and friendly service. Food is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and definitely NOT over-priced for its NYC location.
Portion could be a b it more generous but was tasty
The noise level was deafening. The tables are jammed up next to one another and it was near impossible to hear my dining companion. As a result, all customers were having to yell at each other to be heard. The food and service were very good, but the sound level made the overall experience totally unpleasant.
Thai72 deserves its good reviews. The ambiance was pleasant, the service was excellent, the food was mostly excellent (we've had better pad thai), and the prices were fair. This is a restaurant to seriously consider when visiting Lincoln Center; it is a 10-minute walk and is not crowded.
We love Thai food & have tried many local restaurants, food here is by far the best. We asked for hot & it was just how it should be, large portions too, took the extra home & had for lunch the next day & it tasted even better! This is definitely our go to choice from now on.
Great food and service. Not only your typical thai cuisine but some nice dishes not available in other thai restaurants. Fair portions and good menu choices.
Truly a lovely dining experience - from the moment we came in the service was impeccable and the food was amazing !! Highly recommend- want to go back and try some other menu items!!
Thai 72 is my favorite Thai restaurant. I like spicy but not burning hot. Their green curry is just perfect! It is very reasonably priced but very nice ambiance for special occasions. I highly recommend if you are uws!
AMAZING FOOD AND SEVICE!
It was crowded and we had to wait 15 minutes for our table. But the food was quite good-except the red snapper special was overcooked/overwrought. Very tasty otherwise.
Great place for an early dinner before a performance at Lincoln Center. The food was great, especially the Spicy Beef Salad and Pad Thai. Will definitely go back the next time we are in town.
Good. Great service and really good food.
We had a very nice last-minute New Years Eve dinner at Thai72 and enjoyed the ambiance, service and, most of all, the food. Very nice, relaxed decor and feel with a fairly low noise level. Emerald Dumplings were succulent and delicious and Fried Calamari was more than the usual fare with a terrific dipping sauce. Drunken Noodles with Duck were also very good with the duck not over-done, but juicy and tender. Service was friendly and attentive, presentations very nice and kitchen was quick. Highly recommend.
We had an amazing meal at Thai72! The service was so efficient and the staff were always super friendly - our water glasses were never empty and the food came out really quickly. The food itself was delicious, and we had an incredible dining experience!
Great food and service.
Waitress little absent minded at times.
Would go back again for sure.
This review is for a weekday lunch at Thai 72. It's a good value. Delicious food. Included soup is vegetarian (hooray!). I eat lunch at the restaurant with some regularity. Can't speak to dinner experience.
Great food. Nice waiter.
Very flavorful foods, nice ambiance and staff. It's a nice UWS location for Thai food.
Ate here prior to a show. The food was good and the food came out fast which was appreciative since we were running late. I’d recommend this Resturant and I would go back again
Great Thai food near Lincoln Center. I would recommend a reservation anytime from 6:00 to 8:00, but if you don’t have one, it is still well worth the wait. The food is fantastic and the ambience is nice. We will definitely be back.
Ordered calamari and chives pancakes. The pancakes were delicious, the calamari too chewy.
Thai72 was so accommodating when one person in my party was going to be late they were kindly able push my reservation a half our later. My friend was still late but we were seated and could start ordering appetizers and drinks. Everyone was so nice and the place was super busy. The food was delicious. I truly appreciate how they took care of us!
In town for a conference. Saw good reviews and had to try it out. Good food, nice, small, cozy spot. Good cocktails also. We had great service.
They said they did not have hot water to make tea. How is this possible when they have gas to make food.
Great neighborhood gem, I'm particularly fond of the soups and the mango avocado salad
