Great service great time
The noise levels were loud and annoying, not energetic. Either be a restaurant or a sports bar, you can not do both.
Our greeting was bad. I came in and waited to be addressed for over 10 min. Then another 15 before being seated which would have been fine had the hostess let us know. Maybe they were short on staff, but the hostess that night was not friendly. The waitress was nice.
I would say go but if you have a large party with a reservation, don’t think having a reservation means anything. We made it early 5:00. We arrived a little before 5 and waited between 30 and 45 minutes for our table. That is fine if it Is adults but we had children and they were hungry. It always takes longer to feed large parties so if you start late it makes for a long evening for 5 year old.
We had a great server and couldn’t ask for more from him. The food was also great. It was just the wait.
We where brought our food without any silverware to eat with in turn took about 10min to get silverware which food started getting cobvvvmç
We arrived on time for our 7PM reservation and were ignored for about 5 minutes before being seated. We were told by the hostess after she confirmed our reservation that the kitchen would be closing in 30 minutes. In that case, why would they accept 7PM reservations? On your site, there were options for later times than that. We ordered 2 different appetizers. The whisky glazed chicken was absolutely yummy. But the egg rolls were not only cold, they felt as though they had just come out of the freezer. Our server, with whom we have no complaint, felt them with her hands and had quite a shocked look on her face. She took them back after we explained we did not wish them anymore. Even so, a gentleman came out of the kitchen with a dish of them. Knowing full well that the only way they could be hot was if they put them in the microwave, there was no way they were serving fresh food. We declined but ordered a cheese cake to go. The manager came to our table, apologized for the cold egg rolls, stated he would be certain to remove them from our check. As well, he comped us the cheesecake. Even though we did not ask to be comped, the manager's response to our issue and the fact than an employee must have shared the issue with him, was most appropriate. For that, we are grateful.
Reservation was for 7pm. Even called to make sure. Showed up and they said the kitchen closed at 7pm. Also. Didn't have the reservation.

Had a 6:45 reservation but didn't get seated till a little after 7. They messed up on my wife's order. The waitress was rude.
Food here is awesome
Ribs were tough and dry. Also overcooked. Waiter was more interested to the sports on the TV
The service was horrible. And everything took to long to come out to our table. My friends and I lost our appetite by the time the food came out to us.
I HAVE COME TO TGIF'S FOR MANY YEARS BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I FELT THE SERVICE WAS NOT AT ALL GOOD. WE FELT THAT THE WAITRESS WAS TOO QUICK TO WALK AWAY WHILE YOU WERE STILL TALKING, WHEN SHE DID STAND THERE NO INTEREST IN BEING PLEASANT AT ALL, JUST A PERSON GOING THRU THE MOTION OF WORKING. NOTHING EXTRA, ALMOST AS IF SHE JUST WANTED TO GET IT OVER WITH AND MOVE ON. IT WAS THE FEELINGS OF ALL OF US WHICH WAS A PARTY OF 5. THE FOOD WAS GREAT FOR EVERYONE BUT MYSELF AS MY FOOD WAS DRY (THE CHICKEN BREAST) AND I ASKED TO GET SOMETHING ELSE AND DID. BY THE TIME I GOT THE NEW MEAL I WAS NOT FEELING IT SO I BROUGHT IT HOME, ONLY EAT A BIT OF IT. tHE MEAL WAS JUST UNDER A 100.00 AND I STILL GAVE A $12.00 TIP ALTHOUGH I USUALLY WOULD HAVE TIPPED MORE BUT FELT THE I WAS ALREADY TIPPING FOR UNEARNED SERVICE GIVEN. WE LEFT AND YES I WILL EAT THERE AGAIN AT SOME POINT BUT I WILL NOT ALLOW HER TO BE MY SERVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CURCIAL AND IT MAKES OR BREAKS THE DEAL! THE FOLKS AT THE FRONT DESK WAS GREAT! THE PERSON WHO SAT US DONW WAS GREAT! THE YOUNG MAN MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME AND SO DID OTHER FOLKS ON THE WAY TO OUR TABLE BUT THAT WAITRESS NEEDS A TON OF TRAINING AND LIFE SKILL TAUGHT HER.
Booked online and when we got to the store was informed that online booking was no longer available so we waited 20 minutes just to talk to a manager and then another 15 minutes to get a table for a reservation booked for 8pm so wasn't a very good experience
Unaware establishment was phasing out open table reservation until I arrived. Management failed to acknowledge my reservation and ended up waiting 45 mins after initial resevered time.
Could not find reservation. Food was good but wait time for it was long. Waitress seemed overwhelmed
We showed up after making our reservation to be told "We don't take reservations " Please remove them from Open Table.
Slow service got there at 9:32pm with reservation. Seated after 10pm took order 15min later do not get food til 11pm unreal but food was food. But not again on Fridays the name says all!!!!
Had a great time
