Texas Roadhouse - Kingston - PRIORITY SEATING
Texas Roadhouse in Kingston is a legendary steak restaurant serving American cuisine. We're famous for our Hand-Cut Steaks, Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs, Fresh Baked Bread, Ice Cold Beer, and Legendary Margaritas! We are a family friendly restaurant that prides itself on excellent service and outstanding made from scratch food, all at a great value.
We are at Rte. 9W, in front of Kohl’s.
The server was exceptional. He handled a problem table near me in a very professional way without showing any dismay on how he was being treated. He did a great job for our table and all others near.
Great place.. especially on Wednesday!
Our first time there and we l ou ce it and thanks to your service we didnt have to wait in line for a table.

We had a table for 3 reserved for priority seating, we were taken to our booth close to restrooms immediately when we got to Texas Roadhouse. Our server was the best! She stopped by our table at least 3 times, without asking brought us refills & asked if we needed anything. Best service & food I’ve had out to a restaurant in a long time. 👍👍
Always a high-energy crew there and can't be helpful enough to their customers. Food is always top shelf and consistent. My only problem is I never have room there for dessert...
Food is decent-however, as a cancer patient I cannot have any meat that is not thoroughly cooked and every time I order a burger well done, it comes out with some pink and I have to send it back and then the rest of the party is halfway done by the time it comes back. Service wasn’t great this time. Server grabbed our plates before we were finished with last bite. Felt very rushed!
We have been to TRH for quick suppers, often for the special value meals. A friend said that we should try one of the other steak meals. Bear in mind, we are card loyalty members of Capital Grill and Morton's, and periodically eat at other fine steakhouses such as Ruth Chris, etc. We must say, that judging on qualitythe of the steaks, we were impressed! Yes, the atmosphere is homey - but I have eaten in snooty places where the filet mignon was not as good as the one I had ar TRH. And both of us took home leftovers! We will be back!! And Nikkita our server is a delight!!! Annnd - we got Open Table points!!!
We still had to wait 20 minutes for a table and it would have been more, but we went for a table for 4 with an added seat. It was a little crowded at the table but that was our choice so we lived with it.
Our dining experience was excellent. Even though there was a mixup with the entree of someone in my party, the incorrect entree was accepted and I understand it was delicious. The only real issue of the night was that OpenTable seating did not work. At all. We arrived to find the staff had no record of our reservation and would not put us on a wait list until the last 2 people in our party walked through the door, even though we were aware that they were no more than 7 minutes behind us. The host staff told me that the OpenTable system was new to them and not completely set up; that the only one who could see our reservation was the manager, who was not working that night. So the entire OpenTable, Call Ahead, Priority Seating, whatever you want to call it...was a complete and total bust.
