The restaurant was closed. So instead of OpenTable tellign us the restaurant was permantely closed down, we showed up and it ruined our night.

This restaurant is closed and we were still able to book a table through Open Table. Wasted our time driving out to Sherwood Park, to find the place dark and empty.

Imagine my surprise when my table of 8 arrived for my 24th anniversary dinner only to find that the restaurant was permanently closed. Thanks Open Table for not being aware that it was closed. Thanks for not notifying me. Thanks for leaving me in a situation where a table of 8 needed to find a 7:00 pm table 2 days before Valentine’s Day. Brutal.

The restaurant was closed. There was several cars there and we we all had resos. The restaurant did not notify anyone that the restaurant is closed. Drove all they way there from the west end. Extremely disappointed. If you are closed please update your social media and remove your self from open table. Will never go again

This restaurant is permanently closed. Tried to contact OpenTable about it (because we did shoe up for our reservation) but the agent insisted that OpenTable “would never” allow a user to go to a closed restaurant… lol … They should remove it from the app. Save others the same inconvenience.
