Just… wow! Your tastebuds will go on a roller coaster ride throughout the meal which consists of several vastly different courses with an AMAZING combination of flavours.

We enjoyed a fantastic meal . Each of the courses were delicious, beautifully presented and a perfect size. It would be great if a non-alcohol pairing could be added to the experience.

Consistently wonderful, love how the menu changes each month, wish I could go that often! Compared to a recent experience in a Michelin Stared restaurant I visited in France, Taste by Bold was way better, excellent service, and superb food. My only criticism would be the portion sizes, they are very large for so many courses! Excellent wine selection - paired if you wish. I think I would like the delectable entree collection, to come out individually, particularly if they are hot. I would like to savour them more! Higher recommend going to Taste by bold, I will be back!

Absolutely loved the food here, great flavours and the menu flowed seemlessly from each course into the next. The service was brilliant, giving us all we needed to know about drinks and the food. Well worth the trip to Taste!

We’ve visited a few times now, and each experience has been fantastic. The chef is incredibly personable, often coming out to chat with guests. The food is among the freshest and most delicious I’ve had in Tasmania, possibly the best dining experience across the state. It’s affordable, personal, and showcases amazing Tasmanian produce. A special mention to the sommelier—his expertise is remarkable, and I highly recommend trying the wine pairing. Thanks, and we’re looking forward to our next visit!

I do love this restaurant. I love how the menu changes monthly. Great food and wine again. This is the 5th time I have dined and it has never disappointed me.

The food incredible and such great value, 6 courses for $115. Not tiny serves like I expected. Very filling. Amazing dishes using local ingredients. Staff so friendly and gave us plenty of space whilst also ensuring we had all we needed. Highly recomend.

Met by Mitch to be seated and from there it was a brilliant evening with exquisite food and wines to match. Wine suggestions were right on the mark. Well done Taste, highly recommended and what Devonport needs!
