Beautiful location and nice atmosphere. Food was overpriced and very salty.
We got to Tai Tai at 6pm as we were having dinner before the theatre at 7.30pm. Sadly most of our order didn't arrive in time and we had to leave having only received half of what we ordered. They were very apologetic and didn't charge us for a bottle of wine. Oddly they gave us a complementary plate of honey pawns but couldn't get our actual order done. They seemed overwhelmed and there was something seriously wrong in the kitchen. The food was quite good but the honey pawns were a bit doughy - we didn't eat them all.

Had only got nibbles and within 1 minute our mains arrived . Asked for them to be taken back and within about 3 minutes there back again ..anyway finally got through to them and the night was enjoyed

This was my second meal as the first was so good especially as I am a vegetarian. My non-vegetarian friends enjoyed the meal greatly. They are foodies too so are very discerning. New tastes and flavours. We'll be back soon.
