Studio 99 - Rogers Place Edmonton
Very overpriced. It was fun to do on our first trip to Rogers Place but will not be doing it again.
The service from Bernadette was phenomenal how much of the food for the buffet was dry and somewhat rubbery. I would recommend that if you go DON'T get the buffet.
Too expensive - felt rushed.
Nice memorabilia but not worth price.
Good food but a bit pricie great service . A nice place for a drink
Very over priced for the quality of food. Smoked brisket was over cooked and tough, hamburger sliders were very dry and bland. Very very expensive, $70 for the buffet and 2 beer. I ordered the Coors Banquet and it was stale and had a funny taste. Won’t go back
Food wasn't good. Had one plate and didn't eat it all and at $45 it was way overpriced. Also, because you are already in the venue, you are paying $12 a beer. Save your money and go somewhere else. I will not be going back.
I really like 99 at YEG. So I was excited to try the one a Rogers.
The website offers an a la carte menu as well as a Buffett. However, only a Buffet was available.
Except for the carving station all the food on the buffet was cold and seemed like it was put out hours before. 99's wasn't very busy, lots of empty tables.
The drink service was also very slow and when we asked for the bill it took over 15 minutes. At a concert that should be quicker. It appeared there was enough staff just they were talking to one another more than customers. Not new for any of the service providers at Rogers.
Except for the ushers I think everyone at Rogers needs customer service training.
Food was great, staff was good. My only problem was there wasn’t enough time to enjoy it before our event started. More time,I would have felt less rushed to get my value.
Buffet style food good but paying $45 per person is insane. Roger's you need to do better. Think about it fries, mini burgers, salads, etc for $45 a person. Staff amazing and Studio 99 is very nice inside. Please consider lowering your prices for food and drink even. We ate their recently just to say we tried it and we were seated in Loge but we won't eating there again.
Amazing seeing all of Wayne Gretzky's Memorabilia and the waitress was so friendly and loved the drinks but didn't have time for the smorg and wished we could have just had an appetizer before seeing the Def Leppard / Tesla show!
Excellent food and great service. Highly recommendable this place .
Went with wife and 2 friends and at first we thought place was nice but didn’t know it was buffet style. Most of the food was cold or barely warm. They made the wife a sangria and was very sour and didn’t taste like a sangria! Was very disappointed
Amazing!! Best buffet I’ve ever been too! My friend is vegetarian and always finds it hard to eat at buffets but had no issues at this one
Food was very dry. Salad had too much dressing. Food wasn't warm. Drink where not worth the price you paid.
This was by far the best experience before a concert!! I would come here every time if I get the invite for a reservation! Also props out to our amazing server Cody! He was great! Never had an empty drink, took our photos, and made us laugh! P. S. I HAVE TICKETS TO ELTON JOHN... Can you send me another reso offer 😉🙌
Tip: provide some items to order instead of only have a $45 buffet food option. Our party of 4 would have spent much more than we did.
Incredible buffet and excellent customer service. Highly recommend visiting before an event. The memorabilia and decor are also a great part of the experience.
I found the service and ambiance quite pleasing and excellent.
The buffet was laid out very well but for $50 a plate the items served I feel there is better value in the city. The company I was with also found portions of food to be quite cold which was unfortunate.
Cool experience but very expensive for a buffet. Food was delicious though!
Seemed a little pricey for the selections available. But the drinks were good and we had some good laughs with our server. Beef was great but no horse radish?? Boooo
Our server was great, however the product was lack lustre. The only dining option was a $45 “buffet”. Which consisted of about 10 items. Most of which weren’t anything to write home about. One bottle of wine, two dink’s and four people at buffet was $360.... wow. Fist and last time at this particular venue.
The overall food and experience was NOT worth 45$ a plate. Just way too expensive .
Great place but service is slow.
Enjoyed celebrating our son’s 13th birthday there.
Last game of season
Decided to try it the last game of the year. We enjoyed our experience!
Some of the food was not tasty, service was spotty.
Everything was good , the service was slow and no one clean our table
Food is ok, can’t eat enough to to make up for the 130$ bill, good once, but never again
Food was better previous times visiting
Great Place to come before any event at Rogers Place, this is the second time I have enjoyed the atmosphere at Studio 99. The service is excellent and there is a wide selection of food available. I would highly recommend it
You see the price of the buffet and say maybe a little pricy. Then you eat and it’s 110% WOW. Well worth the stop before the game.
The food and service is fantastic.
Everyone should try the restaurant with the experience you get from Studio 99.
Will definitely be back in the future.
Well done Studio 99......
I took my parents to their first game and for dinner. The food was delicious, the waiter was so great! The game was fun. I would Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
It was all good, server Tyler was great, personable held a quick conversation good guy!
Food was excellent
My wife & I enjoyed our dining at Studio 99. Wayne is one of my favourite players of all time. It wa great to me Wayne in Nashville in 2017.
Great food and service as usual, but it was so cold in there we left early
Our food was hot when we put it on the plate but ice cold by the time we went to eat it
Overpriced but great food and great experience!! We will definitely be back
Found the lady at the entrance who checked us in very rude, she shouldn’t be in the service industry. Not a very good impression to start the night off
Way too expensive to take the kids, they barely ate anything but they were charged as adults. Limited selection on vegetarian/vegan foods for those that desire such. Confusion with the lines, pushing people. The scenery was nice but hard to enjoy. Service was better this time around.
Way to much money for what it is, the food is ok but nothing special and shouldn’t command the $45 a plate that they charge. It’s a nice setup, very nostalgic so it’s worthwhile to see at least once.
